Services
Monica and Jacoba are a great team who clearly understand the real estate world and are willing to go that extra mile. They helped us find a great house, negotiate a great price and were able to explain to us things that we weren't clear on in the buying process.

While in the purchasing process the team helped us find the contractors we needed and get bids for the work we needed done as well as recommending local restaurants and businesses on the island. The duo went above and beyond expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a realtor.
The heart of the San Juan Islands and the county seat, San Juan Island is the most populated of the islands, though only the 2nd largest. With roughly 8,000 year round residents and the only incorporated town in the archipelago, Friday Harbor, it is the hub of the San Juans.

The historic Town of Friday Harbor, just one square mile in size and located on the East side of San Juan Island, is an idyllic seaport with the ferry landing and also the public marina within walking distance to all amenities. On the North side of San Juan Island sits the world famous Roche Harbor Resort and Marina with wonderful amenities including shops, restaurants, spas, moorage and an airstrip.
The largest of the San Juan isles, at 57 square miles, Orcas Island is the second most populous. An enchanting green paradise, often referred to as the "emerald isle", Orcas Island is home to one of the nation's most beautiful and loved parks, Moran State Park, known for it's hiking, biking, swimming and camping.
Just 158 miles, Lopez Island is the 3rd most populated ferry-served island. With a relatively flat and rolling topography, it is a popular destination for bicyclists. Lopez Village, the commercial hub of the island, is located on the Northwesterly shore, and is about 4 miles from the ferry dock and approximately 4 miles from the airport.
The smallest of the ferry serviced islands, Shaw Island is also the least populous. Offering a quiet and private lifestyle, Shaw Island has grown to be known as the perfect retreat from busy urban living. There are only roughly 240 year-round residents on the island. With a historic general store, a post office and library as the sole amenities, Shaw Island provides the solitude you may be seeking with the accessibility of ferry service.
