I'm a San Juan Islands Washington based photographer focusing on Architecture Photography, Real Estate and Aerial Photography with more than a small amount of passion for Landscape Photography. I'm also a lifelong aviation geek who has flown hang gliders (for a minute), sailplanes and currently holds a part 107 drone license which I use to capture Aerial Photographs for my Architectural, Real Estate and Vacation Rental Property clients.

The bread and butter of Real Estate & Vacation Rental Property Photography are the interior images and all too often these don't do a home justice. It's imperative to capture inviting images that show off the home's full potential. We give each room its own "photo shoot", including adding lighting and subtle staging, to bring out its unique features and beauty.
Matterport Immersive tours are the best way to show off your listings, renovation or business. They give your potential clients the ability to attend a "virtual open house". Add value to your visuals in real estate, engineering, architecture, or construction markets using Matterport Immersive Virtual Tours.
I provide aerial, interior and exterior photography to Real estate agents, home owners, architects and business owners. I do occasionally get requests for portraits and event photography, but currently I don't offer those services. If you need real estate photography, look no further! Bill stepped in after the original photos taken for a real estate listing didn’t showcase the property well, and I am so relieved he had room for us in his schedule. Bill is a masterful photographer. Every shot he took for us is stellar, the lighting entirely on point (challenging with many, many windows and water on three sides) and we are beyond pleased. He also gently reminded us he was willing to push the shoot back a day when the weather forecast changed, and had actually reserved the next day for us just in case it was needed. He was

NORTH HEAD LIGHTHOUSE, AGATE BEACH, COLFAX(Palouse trip) , these are just a few of my favorites, that Bill Evans has captured. He really has an eye for capturing just the right image at just the right time. I can stare at those images for a long time, and imagine myself standing there and taking in all the beauty, that's how Bill's photos affect me, they are stunning, and stirs the imagination. He is an excellent, and distinguished photographer.
