In 2005, while firms were moving out of Greer to Greenville and Spartanburg, Brian opened his law practice right in the middle of Greer's historic downtown business district with the focus of being Greer's full-service law firm. Brian built his practice based around being accessible and attentive to his clients and providing sound legal counseling to the businesses and people of Greater Greer.
Brian's philosophy of sound advice, reasonable fees and open client contact has served him very well. Over the years, Brian's practice has grown to include three attorneys handling real estate transactions, real estate litigation, business law, probate law and civil litigation across the Upstate and throughout South Carolina and in the states of Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia.

Brian was very professional and left me feeling very valued as a client. It was apparent that Brian and his team were knowledgeable when dealing with my refinancing case. I appreciated his patience in explaining all of the documents to me before I signed and he made it super easy to understand. I left with no questions and a peace of mind that I had been thoroughly taken care of!

Purchased property in South Carolina, and living in Florida i did not have knowledge of reliable businesses i could trust. Brian A. Martin was recommended to me, and the transaction was handled fast and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with his staff, and even though i was out of state they were extremely competent and i was very pleased with the ease it was closed. I will use them again.

I purchased a piece of land with the intent of building a new retirement home. The closing on the lot went smoothly. After entering into a contract with a General Contractor, the appraisal for the new house came back substantially less than the agreed upon price. I called Brian A. Martin, LLC , and explained my problem to the receptionist. She immediately set me up with a consultation with Mr. Martin. Brian provided me with the information I needed to renegotiate the price of the house with my contractor. When I asked Mr. Martin how much I needed to pay him for the legal consultation, he chuckled
