I have been a customer of DFI for over 12 years. They have delivered excellent service Year in and Year out. I recently added my teenager to our car policy and was very worried my premium would get too expensive. Milagros worked diligently for several days to make sure It didn’t and she delivered! Stay away. Horrible customer service, don't know what their doing, they will enter the wrong info, will provide incorrect information to the insurance provider and get you in trouble. Waiting time for call is a life time, they will never return calls. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Horrible, Horrible company.

Worst place EVER! No one has good customer skills there. I was placed on hold for well over an hour before actually speaking to an agent. Yes, you read that right, over an hour just so I can get a copy of my policy. It's absolutely ridiculous. Coincidently, I called the insurance company directly and they had all my personal information (email, phone, etc.) with that of DFI. Even the representative was questioning on why they would do that because they wouldn't have any way of contacting me. If your shopping around for insurance agencies, this is your sign to keep shopping! Do NOT use DFI Insurance

I have been with DFI for over 10+ years as an insurred. Saw the review of not answering and had that experience the day before. Today on my 2nd call they answered. If anything they are swamped or who knows. Anyways, I was assisted by, Ms. C, out of respect for privacy, and she was impecable with the service. Stayed on line with me, explained what was occurring with a doc the bank wanted. Verified my info, waited for the email to come thru. What more can person do. If there is an issue with answering calls then how about speak with owner and let them know what is happening and give a chance to see

I will explain better why I do not recommend this insurance agent. The first time i bought my house i was recommended to them for my insurance. Turned out that my first year as a homeowner, my insurance was canceled. Why? I have no idea. But when it came time to renew DFI had no idea my policy was canceled and couldnt even tell me the reason why. Over the years there was always very little communication and when i called no one ever answered. They took out a flood policy for me without my consent, I had always handled my own flood personally. I PAID for 2 flood policies for 2 years before my mortgage
