What a terrible experience, the wax bowl was dirty with poor quality wax that looked like it had been there for weeks, dirty mirror, the wax was so bad yeah I ended up with the tweezers doing my own eyebrows, did not let me receive a texted or emailed receipt

Sunny did a GREAT job doing my nails! Best pedicure in a looong while. Lived in Oakville for many years, but never used this place—I have no idea why!! And the foot massage that was part of the pedicure was AMAZING, never had a pedi with such a great massage. Nail color lasted a long time! Sent my mom there, she’s also now super satisfied with the quality of service, and definitely going to go here again once I’m back in Oakville!

Sunny Nails is my go to for mani and pedicure since its opened. Amanda is amazing and so does Alice and Stella. With Covid-19, and like other small businesses, they barely have customers. The receptionist was nice, but the lady that did my nails was complaining why I book last minute, rushing and standing up doing my nails, her sweater lint got stuck in one of my nails and I paid $107.35 for some of the shellac to run thru, some of my natural nails are sticking out, no lotion or cuticle oil like other salons do... and the prices in the end were so rushed when they were saying I couldn’t get a proper breakdown. I kept quiet most of the time cuz I felt uncomfortable with the lady I got. She didn’t even tell me her name. She was older, hair up, black glasses. These pictures literally

Excellent experience every time. I prefer booking last-minute and they have always been very accommodating. Even before COVID when they were super busy they always managed to get me in.
Their prices are fantastic, super clean and very efficient. Love the new state-of-the-art chairs.
The salt scrub and stone massage are a nice touch although I would prefer much more pressure then most of their staff provide.
All their staff do a great job.I am very particular when it comes to shaping the nail and they all do a fantastic job.

Excellent men's pedicure from Hannah, one of the best I've ever had. She started on time, took her time and did a very thorough job, especially with my dry heels. The facility is also very clean and professionally managed in the COVID environment - I feel very safe and comfortable visiting. Highly recommended. Thanks Sunny Nails!

Had mani/pedi, shellac on hands.
The experience was terrible, I had two people working on me at the same time. Feet and hands, ackward at best.
The tools are not sterilized that I could see
The shellac lasted 6 days and they blamed it on my nails.
I have had shellac before other places, this is the worst place.
You pay top money for cheap work.

Called to book an appointment for a fill and to fix two broken nails I got quoted $60. Which seems extremely expensive but I decided to book the appointment anyways. once I got there the girl suggested i didnt need the fill. so i just did a polish change and fixed the two nails. then i got to pay and they say $54.25. I questioned the price asking… why it was almost the exact same as getting a full fill. the lady almost laughed and then changed the price and said $40. I pulled out my money then she changed it again saying no $50. it was like she was just making up prices. So I said how ridiculous

I went there with one of my friends for a girls day this afternoon. We both got a mani and pedi but i got shellac done for my nails. Overall the girl i got did a very decent job.. took her time even though they were busy.
My only complaint.. she was lacking creativity. Now im not saying what she did was bad but when i hand you 3-4 colours and say do what you want with them.. i expect a little more. When i say do anything.. i mean do anything. My friend even gave her reference photos for inspiration. She seemed a little lost as to what to do.
Overall for a basic mani.. pedi i will definitely go

I will not be returning to this salon. Very poor service for $62. Plus tip. They criticized my previous mani pedi all while they had a hard time removing my gel polish because they didn't give it enough time to soak off even after I had recommended they let it soak for at least 5 mins. As a result my nails were damaged. 3 people worked on me at the same time while they all spoke and laughed in their native tongue. Very rude and made feel bet uncomfortable.

Although their website talks about their high level of hygiene, the reality is far from it! The pedi tools are placed on a paper towel on the dirty floor (and often get bumped onto the bare floor). The debris from the foot scraping goes onto the floor and when my towel dropped on the floor the service person just picked it up and continued using it! It does not appear that the wooden foot buffer is sterilized between uses. On the day I was there, the owner was dressed in a filthy looking smock.
