They are great ! BUTTTTT their price for mail design is too high!! $5 PER NAIL? Even if it’s a small dot. I use 3 other nail salons and they all charge additional $5 for nail design on all nails. I went next door to dollar tree and bought nail stickers hehe. Otherwise a good clean nail place

I have been going to this salon for a few years now. Cindy was my manicurist for the UV Gel nails I had. She is amazing. Since quarantine I no longer have gel nails, but still need manicures. The owner has made the poor decision that clients who need just a regular manicure are no longer allowed to call & make an appointment, even if you want some specific. They expect you to go there & hope your specific manicurist is available!! I'm not doing that. I'm surprised the owner Peter made this terrible decision. I will no longer be using this salon. It sucks, because I will miss Cindy

So I haven't been here in a while. Partially because I had jobs that didn't allow me to get my nails done and the other being I was in nursing school and we weren't allowed to get them done due to clinicals, so this is my first time in a while getting a mani/pedi.
First of all, mani/pedi here is $25 which is cheaper than a lot of places these days so I was happy about the price. Secondly, I am happy I gave them a second chance because my mani/pedi today came out phenomenal. I was initially impressed from the place. But I got sns with one of their "experienced" people. The sns started cracking that very day. After less than a week I had five nails cracked...not my natural nail...the powder. I usually go a month with no cracks...just growing out. I have never experienced this before. I don't know that I will be returning.

Wife & I found this spot while trying out Texas Roadhouse. (Good Food)
Anyhow, the place is huge! Like I've never seen a nail salon this big, personally. It's also really clean, and well kept. Even before covid, they all wore gloves and some even wore mask. Now, they're all on point with gloves and mask & require everyone to wear it even though the mandate is over. Which is perfectly ok with me! Keeps us all safe.
There is a pretty big staff here too - to match the size of the place. I've liked everyone

After a disastrous experience at a nail salon I went the next day to have ny nails fixed at LZ nails. I had Joey. She was very nice and she was gentle with my nails knowing they hurt. She did a beautiful job. I am so happy with ny nails. I made my next appt and im so glad I found this nail salon. Staff is welcoming, very nice, and they listen to what you want,nothing forced on you! THANKS JOEY!

Experience was good.. could have been better. I went in, and explained to the girl in the front that I would prefer someone a little more experienced. I had UV gel and wanted it removed to do SNS.
The technician although she was nice, didn't appear to know exactly what to do. She was very heavy handed with the machine, and burned me a few times.
My other concern is that I had explained that some of my nails were uneven in shape, and size. She saw the difference between the two but explained that it's fine.

I am so upset ... I've been going here for 3 years no problem always looked good. I just left the salon having Linda, I asked her to keep my almond shape nails and she completely changed the shape to squarely rounded. I spoke up two times explaining this was a different shape and that their were some round and some square nails and she kept telling me she will reshape them and will look good at the end and they are all still different shapes.

I love how big this place is and they’re pretty reliable in terms of quality of their service- my nails always come out looking good. However; it could be a little cleaner in my opinion. Staff is okay also, I usually have to wait even though I have an appt. $35 SNS gel mani, $17 pedicure. For the price and being reliable, I will continue coming.

Ive been coming here for 2 years. I almost always have great service but this time around it wasn’t the best. Me and my cousin got a pedicure from Cici and Lulu and they rushed through it. Didn’t bother to ask if we wanted our nails to be cut just went straight to it. They were busier having a conversation than working.

I have gone to LZ a few times and I am never disappointed. I have seen Vicki and today a younger man ( wish I got name) ( green mani) everyone I see always does such a great job. I never feel rushed at all. My friend went with me and this is her third time seeing Lisa and she raves about her( red mani)

I called ahead for powder nail manicure and pedicure i go in and get taken for pedi immediately. The woman spent about 10 minutes on my pedicure and did not do a thorough job my toes are sensitive from running so to not get them taken care of every two weeks it starts to hurt. Then i was told she had a client that was there and showed me to a seat the manager cane over and told me 15-20 minute wait which turned into 45 minutes and they forgot i was there and took another customer for powder till i went to find the manager. I was seen 10 minutes later and had a drs appointment at 12:45 i got there

I was super disappointed in the service my second time going. My daughters nails chipped off after a week the first time with the dip powder. The second time we went they did a great job on my daughters nails but overpriced my niece which only got a dip powder in one color and a French type design but in red. Charged her 60$ Their prices are insane charging for more then three colors and on top of that charging for each design. My nail tech that did my nails that same day was super unprofessional. My daughter and I had our nails done today. Something bizarre is going on with their powder gels. I picked a color that was like ballet slippers (opaque and pinkish) and what I got was a washed out translucent color of barely there nail polish. I overheard the lady next to me say she want to see the color she picked because her finished polish didn't look like what she chose. They told her because the color swatch was painted on a white nail tip it looked different because she has a dark skin. Wait what!!! Well don't you know when mine were done I had the same issue and same explanation

This is one of the best nail places I have been to. I don’t live very close but won’t go anywhere else. It’s a large nail salon so there is hardly ever a long wait. I go to all different technicians and everyone does nails good. I show them all these pininterest nail designs and they can always do it. They have a wide selection of colors to chose from and have fair pricing. Awesome place!

This used to be my "go to" place, but after today, I think I am officially done with LZ! I got a spa pedicure and a regular manicure, but KIRA, the manicurist I was given, was simply awful and had a poor attitude. She barely performed the callous treatment, scraping only twice per foot. The "massage" was a series of no pressure lotion rubbing with her rubber gloves on and sharp nails jabbing my foot throughout- so relaxing! She rushed through the whole pedicure I was so looking forward to.

Went for a basic pedicure - had a girl named KIRA who was not very friendly. Paid $20 for a 10 mins service. It was lack luster job. I had to pay an extra $3 for the pedicure Bc I picked an Essie brand nail polish. The place was nice and plenty of space.

I got an gel fill in and they completely messed up my shape and my sister got a powder dip they gave my sister the wrong color they hurt her nail really bad while completely messing up the shape she wanted and they got my coffin shape really wrong. They kept rushing and not doing their job well. They would fix it when we asked but because they were rushed it came out worse. This is my second time going to this place and the first time the guys drying machine broke, but it came out good even though it took about 2 hours. This time did horrible. I do not recommend this place.

PLEASEEEEE COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I moved from the city in January, I have been coming here to get a pedicure ever since then. I NEVERRRRRR had an issue until I came on Sunday 5/9/2021... lady who did my pedicure was nice. Don't get me wrong. But when I told her I Just wanted to basic pedicure her whole demeanor changed it's like she was rushing me because she wasn't going to get money from me is what it seems like. Still amazing! After covid they've been taking really good precautions with shields and temp Check as soon as you come in. The color choices are awesome. Never been to a salon with as much variety!

I've been going to LZ for about a year now. I started exclusively going to Eileen for about 6 months now & she is wonderful! She is so sweet & so patient! Eileen always checks in with me to make sure I like the shape & color. If I want to change the color, add a design or pattern, she always informs me of the prices prior to doing her work which I really appreciate.
The place is overall clean and very spacious, following all covid precautions (temperature check, masks, plastic barriers).

I got a phone call around 4:45 the same day before my appointment saying that they would be closing early. The woman on the phone said "can you come in now because we'll be closing early." I was getting out of the shower at the time. Then when I said I can't find a babysitter for my daughter on short notice that's when they told me I can keep my appointment.
