Galaxy was awesome! I started emailing Kirk about 7 months before my wedding and he was always very responsive. I didn't book the limo until about a month out. We wanted the Lincoln MKX really bad but Kirk let us know that it would be a squeeze and we ended up with the Ford Expedition. I am so happy that Kirk recommended the Expedition - it was very comfortable.

Luis (driver) was amazing from start to finish. He was extremely accommodating and responsive. My wife and her bridal party raved about how polite and sincere he was. If you are looking for a reliable family owned company I would definitely recommend Galaxy.

Our son got married to a wonderful woman and the day was perfect. What helped make it so perfect was the excellent choice for a limousine company.
The original F-350 we were suppose to get had some issues. They upgraded us. We were all surprised to see this big bus looking limo drive up. There was so much room inside. Lights going in different colors, a fire burning on a fireplace on every TV screen, a mini bar, music going. It was fantastic!!! And the vehicle was super clean inside & out.

We had galaxy take my mother in law into Brooklyn to visit her childhood town. Our driver, Clint, was incredibly accommodating and kind. He maneuvered the Brooklyn streets like a pro and was able to show my mother in law her former home, school, and church. The limo was beautiful and was stocked with ice, soda, and snacks. It was the best 90th birthday present we could have given my mother and law and galaxy, and more specifically Clint, made it all possible.

We reserved transportation through Galaxy for round trip transfer to and from Newark airport. We live over an hour from the airport. We booked 2 weeks in advance and I have paperwork to prove it. First, we were told the driver would call us the night before we were leaving for the airport to confirm. No one called. We contacted them the next morning and they told us the driver was sick but they would find another driver and they would call us later that morning. No one called. We called them again and they did send someone to pick us up and transported us to the airport. However, they FORGOT

I used galaxy limo to drive myself my girls and theirs friends around for a girls night out the driver was amazing. He was very nice and he made the trip a great experience for the girls. The limo was very clean and well stock with drinks and snack and supplies we made have needed . The driver constantly asked if we were doing ok and if the air temp was set at a great temperature or did it need to be adjusted. Overall a great time and I would highly recommend this company to be used over any other company.

If I could give them more stars I would. Rented the stretch SUV for my son's wedding. All they had to do was bring boys to church, then girls, then for pictures, then to reception. But, they did all that and more. The father of the bride arrived late to the church because he had trouble figuring out how to put on the rental tux. The Limo driver got him dressed and ready in 2 minutes! He got the wedding lined up and helped everyone know when to walk, because you know despite the rehearsal no one ever remembers. Kirk and his team were phenomenal! I used him twice: once for my West African ceremony and reception, and a couple days later for my actual wedding. Both times the service and professionalism was exceptional. Both times they showed up a little early and called me to let me know they had arrived. They gave me plenty of time, and were great at helping me in and out of the limo. The limos were clean, well maintained, and spacious. They also provided water and sodas in the limo which came in handy. For each of my events, we had multiple planned stops along the way. We arrived at each location

We reserved the 24 passenger Limo Bus for our wedding in downtown Philadelphia. The driver called the day before the event to confirm the details of the day and was very friendly. She arrived on time and did a great job of navigating Philadelphia in rush hour traffic. The Limo Bus was as expected and we really appreciated their service. Highly recommended!

Great service. Very professional staff. Used Galaxy two times for rides to Newark airport.One driver refused to go down a street "without police" ....we went a little out of our way to get to the turnpike. If we missed our flight because of this, my wife and I would have been upset. Luckily we made it on time. It was only Green ln in levittown...I drive down that road all the time...not sure why...but overall great service

What more could we have asked for to celebrate a 50th birthday party in New. York City! The limo was terrific, the driver was on time and knew his way around Manhattan, got us to the party on time, picked us up when requested, and drove us home. The limo was well stocked with water, soda, chips, ice, glasses, etc. And best of all, our driver was professional, fun, and a terrific guy (thanks Rob!).
We highly recommend Galaxy Limo and will be using their services again!

I used Galaxy Limousine to take my family to and from the airport for our recent vacation. We had excellent service both trips. The drivers were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The vehicle was clean, well equipped and fit our party of seven very comfortably, even with all of our luggage. I would highly recommend them.

Rude and unprofessional, and an appalling attitude toward prospective customers. I called to inquire about availability, and a woman at Galaxy quoted me a price on a vehicle for the specific date. I wanted to ask my fiance if the timing would work, so I asked if I could call back. When I did call back, a man answered the phone and told me (1) the original quoted price was incorrect because they charge more for weddings, (2) he accused me of not telling the original sales rep that the limo was for a wedding (which is not true) and (3) they did not have any cars available anyways because HIS daughter

Senior prom. Ford Explorer SUV. Limo was immaculate and there were water bottles on ice. NO issue with vehicle. Driver was not what we expected. Would not allow the kids to use some of the features of the limo. i.e., darken the car so they could turn lights on. Dropped them off at the LOADING DOCK of the venue! Intimidated them to leave an hour early. Kids arrived home half hour early. We contracted 6 hours and did not get 6 hours. Guess he wanted to get home! Emaile dth ecompany and no answer to the problem as of yet. I would say "poor" customer service.
