No stars! So, I called the night before and scheduled for my mom to get voted up the next day at 7:30a.m. The charge was $25 each way. I agreed. They didn’t show up on time and I had to call to get the person to get there. They left after my phone call. She was late but got there. When she was ready to get picked up, I called again and asked for her to be picked up. They didn’t show up for 45 minutes, this is after they said they would be there in 20. My mom is using a Walker with a broken hip and was standing waiting. Then, when she got dropped off, the guy told her he needed $30 for the drive

I waited about 2 hours before the taxi show up. I got in the cab and the door was broken and I had to slam it shut while holding it upward. He talked on the phone the whole time in some other language. Someone called him to get picked up and he said 15 minute (I believe) and I wasn't even near home yet. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes away. Plus he charge too much for the distance. He knows to charge more knowing there is no Uber or Lyft available (none available for me) I'm guessing. Or the fact that you have to call a taxi in the first place you would pay the money anyway. I really needed to get home
