I would definitely recommend The Haynes law firm. It wasn't too expensive compared to other layers I had looked into and I was able to set up a payment plan. Without getting into details, I was fighting a fight that i believed would be very difficult. Fighting the system for my kids. But the lawyers here were able to guide me in the process and helped me feel more confident. I highly recommend, we were successful in my case.

I had a very horrible case that traumatized me. My court appointed lawyer was literally laughing about it and then telling me I could not tell anyone what she says in private, or what I record her saying. I was terrified and called different lawyers. Most of them were rude but Krista was not. She had us come over to her office and pay her for her services and got to work right away. We paid her a fraction of what the other lawyers quoted us. She said there would be no more fees and she would stay until the conclusion of the case. Breach of contract/Negligence (For not doing work that I paid for). Do not pay upfront, we had an agreement & I was juggled back & forth with Crista & Taylor. Expect to play phone tag. I will have this on my record for the next 7 years as a single widowed mom with a 3 year old son. These people previously went by the name of Bristol & Haynes, A Professional Law Corporation. Don’t be fooled by the NEW name save your money. Ask them why the change of law firm name? Crista is awesome! She is a very intelligent person who does her research and will fight for you till the end. She helped our family out tremendously and I couldn't thank her enough.
