Mr. Horspool and company were all extremely meticulous, professional, understanding and caring throughout my long probate process. There were a few ups and downs because of family turbulence and things couldn’t have been handled better under David Horspool and Emily Lerner’s care.
I was told by several attorneys in other fields that finding a competent attorney in this realm is next to impossible, but these guys are great. The entire staff was incredible. I cannot thank them enough!

My mother & I can highly recommend David Horspool for his legal guidance over the past 30 some years. Long ago he prepared my grandparents trust and now that they have passed he has shepherded us through that final process. Although there was some dissension between some of the family members, Mr.Horspool was excellent at mediating & guiding us to a resolution that, though painful at times, fulfilled my grandparents designated plan.
