I love my nanny. The thought of leaving her alone with a stranger sends shock waves of anxiety through out my body. However after meeting with the highly skilled individuals of Angels on Call I know my nanny is going to get the proper treatment me she needs. I have yet to come across a group of professionals that care as much for each patient the way the wonderful workers of Angels on Call do. Great company to work for. I was a home health aide here for over 3 years and was always treated with respect. Pam, the owner, is a wonderful lady and treats her employees as family. The HR director, Dawn, was always so helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns. The ladies in the office are very nice and caring. I highly recommend working here if you are in need of a job as an HHA, CNA or even RN.

This agency has been a helping hand to my grandfather for the past two years. Angels on Call was there every step of the way when my grandfather took a fall. We were assisted and coached through the entire hospital discharge and transition back to the home. About a year ago my grandmothers mental state took a turn despite her physical capabilities being second to none. My family hired Angels on Call to assist my grandmother during her morning routine, but we had never thought about what happens when the caregiver leaves. A few weeks into service and my grandmother had taken a hard fall at night and ended up in the ER. After notifying the agency of the occurrence, the owner who is one of the registered nurses of the company arrived at the hospital the next day. Recommended by a friend that lives in Carmel, I was very happy with the care provided for my mother. As a nurse I recognize how difficult it is to get good in home care that both my mother and I are happy with. Living 3 hours from my mother I am not able to make it up to see her every week so i rely heavily on the updates and conversations that I have with the staff at Angels On Call. They are kind, thorough and conscientious of individual requests and expectations. Always very prompt to reply. Would highly recommend for a loved one.
