Services
Protect your investment and keep arguably the most important component of your bike running smoothly. Suspension forks use lubrication systems that keep the bushings and seals moving smoothly without friction. Keeping the internal components of your fork clean is important for the function and longevity of your fork.
We live and breathe cycling. Life Cycle Bike Shop is a full-service bike retailer, carrying a broad assortment of bike brands, components, and accessories, and our repair shops are staffed with some of the best-trained professionals in the industry. Our crazy and friendly experts Technicians are specially trained to help guide and evaluate your bike service needs.
Pivot bearings do a thankless job as most of us forget that they exist. They need to be replaced just as you would replace a bottom bracket or headset bearing. Neglect could result in a poor performing suspension or even result in damage to areas in your linkage. When you buy a new bike, it feels smooth and your rear end tracks well over varying terrain.
With any dropper post it isn't a matter of if but a matter of when it will need service. Keeping your dropper clean is a great way to extend the service life of your post. If you do need help with your dropper post we can clean, replace internal parts, and rebuild dropper post from the big 3: Rock Shox Reverb, Fox Transfer, KS LEV.
Our resident wheel builder Zack " The Wizard" has built over a thousand wheels in the 10 years he has been with Life Cycle (yes, we actually counted). As they say there are only a few absolutes: Death, taxes and Zack's quality wheel building. We build wheels for every bike discipline including wheels for commuter, mountain, road, gravel and E bikes.

This shop deserves more than 5 stars, I’ll rate them as a 10 Star Store. Workers are very friendly and professional. I got mine fixed by Jeff and he spotted out the problem with my bike in like 5 seconds and got it repaired right away. The price is also very reasonable. When people say this is the best bike shop in Eugene, they mean it.

Fantastic bike shop! The staff was super helpful and gave very good advice while not pushing to buy at the top of our budget. Great inventory which isn't easy at the moment. Justin also gave us a run down of the best spots to hit while we would be in the area since we were unfamiliar. Super thankful to have met these guy's.

Hands down the best shop in town.
I needed new brakes and had been researching online. Came in here and Justin was able to pair me up with what I needed fast. I love the brakes he recommended. Other benefits of life cycle include: 1. They have what you want in stock. 2 they know bikes and can give legit advice you will not regret taking. 3. The whole crew is super welcoming and friendly. 4. Their prices are the same or better than online shops. 5. They stand behind their products and have their customers backs.
Stop shopping elsewhere.

If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Fantastic experience all around. I shipped my bike to the shop to kick off a bikepacking adventure from Eugene, and the process of scheduling, receiving, building, and tuning the bike couldn't have been more seamless. The entire team was friendly and welcoming throughout.
Special shout-out to Geoff, who built the bike, and patiently helped me dial it in. He also carved out the time, stepping away from the stand, to share and write down a handful of epic road route options in the area. It made my short stint here in Eugene a memorable one!

Visited cascades to mtn bike w/ son. Justin and his team set us up on some high quality bikes and did a great job of fitting us on our bikes. Zach(SP?) helped me figure out beforehand the car carrier options before I rented a standard sized car. Also gave us suggestions regarding places to visit. Friendly staff made the whole trip easy and pleasant.

The entire crew at Lifecyle is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They want to get you on the right bike for your needs. Prices are fair. Be sure to join the local trail building club (Disciples of Dirt) to get a discount when buying bikes or other merch. Great selection of bikes from entry level to elite stuff out of my price range.

This place is awesome. We were able to rent a Yeti and Santa Cruz last minute to hit Alpine trials. Bikes were in great condition. The workers are very welcoming and helpful. We ended up on the trails longer than expected and weren’t able to make it back to the store in time to return the bikes. We gave them a call and they were very understanding and one of their workers actually met us at the shop early so that we were able to return the bikes and catch out flight! Thank you life cycle! Will definitely be doing business with you again!

Bought a 2018 Kona rove LTD. took a $1000 of the retail price and assembled and shipped to me. bike was scratched accidentally with shipping due to not enough padding. Justin wanted to replace the whole bike with another new one. Not needed. Justin the owner is a class Act! I don't know if it's the Oregon air or water but this dude is cool. Thank u!

I was incredibly impressed with my experience at Life Cycle. The owner, Justin, was incredibly helpful both with a fitting on my road bike and while buying a new mountain bike. With my road bike fitting, he was respectful in helping me with female fit issues while still making sure everything was addressed. With the mountain bike, he spent probably 45 minutes with me explaining everything I needed to know about the bike (after he spent a good bit of time helping me pick out the bike). Truly above and beyond my expectations, thank you so much!

When I return to Eugene this is my go to shop to rent/demo bikes. Their service is top notch! I recently visted and wanted a quick work out ride with a friend. I did not have a helmet or flat pedals so I stopped in and they immediately hooked me up. They also gave advise on local trails and just made my experience great! This type of there for you service is what keeps my local friends returning to this shop for all thier bike needs. Till the next time guys! Cheers and keep on riding!

A Super Bikeshop /Ausgezeichnet toll
I bought my Hase Lepus recumbent trike here because the shock fell apart. They put in a new Fox one and it is awesome.
Ich hab meine Hase Trike Liegrad hier gebrach weil der hintern Feder war total kaputt. Die haben es echt richtig gemacht mit ein Fox feder. Es fahrt jetzt unheimlich bequem.

I contacted this bike shop for a mountain bike rental. I'm tall (6'5") and finding bikes in my size is not always easy. They had a Santa Cruz Heckler in XL that fit me perfectly. The bike performed flawlessly on the 26 mile MRT (wish I could say the same about my riding)! A big thank you to Justin for helping me with everything and Zach for letting me drop off my bike after hours. You guys rock!

So I got a new bike and while setting it up and adjusting the brakes, I heard a small pop noise, and from that point on, I had no luck in setting the widths on my brake clamps. I'm a bike novice so I just couldn't figure out what was wrong and I was too afraid too try and fix anything myself. So began my search of a shop to fix my bike.
I found Life Cycle on google, looked them up on yelp, and checked out the website. They had a 'services' tab that explains prices for different services they provide. All there brake repair services were around $20 to $40 range so I went in

Best bike shop ever!
They sell only quality brands, everyone who works there is super cool, AND they put up with customers like me (I think I asked a million questions before buying my Santa Cruz SL).
If you need bike maintenance or a new ride, go here!
If you're not sure what you wanna buy, take advantage of their demo program, which gives you the opportunity to try out some very nice bikes (and you can apply the cost of the demo towards the purchase of your new bike).
