Solar Symphony is part of a contracting family that has been serving Californians for over 40 years. Aaron Eriksson grew up in San Diego contracting with his dad and eventually went on to build large commercial construction projects. It was here that he met Solar Symphony co-founder Rob Smith.

Rob also spent many years in professional construction management and together Rob and Aaron have managed almost a billion dollars' worth of construction projects. Many of these projects were built for the U. S. military and were technically challenging with very demanding specifications and quality control requirements.
In 2017 the most compelling values in solar are to be found in the commercial space. There are two main reasons for this: economies of scale and two major tax incentives. As the size of a solar installation increases the cost of the system on a per Watt or per panel basis goes down significantly. These lower prices of course provide a much quicker return on investment and in general a more compelling value for the system owner.
There are a lot of very exciting things happening right now in the residential solar space! Technology improvements and innovations in recent decades have made today's solar much more powerful and efficient than it was even just five years ago. We've also made great strides in reducing costs, which has made the economics of residential solar power very attractive.
Solar Symphony is a relatively small contractor. Their very competitive pricing seems to reflect low overhead. All the people I had contact with seemed to care about their company and the level of service they provided. Great price. Good quality installation. Overall very pleased. These people are fantastic!
Solar Symphony has installed almost 1000 solar systems in California and Mexico, or more than five megawatts. Our installation crews take pride in their work and go to great lengths to balance optimized system performance, aesthetic concerns and any special requests of the customer with the unique constraints and challenges of each individual roof or site.

I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Solar Symphony. I am so glad I did. Things were explained to me in a way I can understand and every one was so helpful and patient when I would call with additional questions. The install went quickly and we were up and running in no time at all. They helped with every step along the way.

I can personally attest to the level of pride this company takes in going above and beyond to service the customer. I would much rather have a company that knows my name and takes the time to remember me, long after the job is done, than being just another number in line at a larger corporate franchise. It's about as simple as choosing between fine cuisine, well crafted to your particular tastes or cheap fast food. I will recommend this company to anyone.
