I opened an acct. here because I was from out of town. I needed a local presence. I had the acct. open for about 10 months. One thing that really bothered me, whenever I went to the outside ATM I would get $100. The machine would give me 2 - $50.00. I had no choice in the matter. I would always have to go in and exchange it for $20.00. I would always complain to the teller. Nothing changed. No business would accept $50.00 bills. Anyway, I closed my acct. when my bank finally came here. The receptionist at the bank, Missie, I think her name is. Took all my info didn't say 2 words to me, didn't explain

This was the first time I had been into Altana and also the first time I had been to a credit union. The concept is a little different, but I liked it. Months After Banking At This Location One Of The Tellers Was Very Unprofessional, She Went & Told The Head Banker That I Was Calling Her Names When She Originally Was The One Who Had An Attitude With Me. Then The Head Banker Told Me He Was Closing My Account Over That One Time Ordeal. Called To Get My Original Paperwork & A Supervisor From One Of The Other Atlanta Locations Told Me She Could Only Send Me Copies Of My Original Documents, After They Chose To Close My Account. She Said There Were Rules & Banking Regulations That They Had To Follow & She Couldn't Give Me Back My Original Documents
