Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.

I had a scheduled appointment and the time it took for them to assist me was reasonable. I appreciate the service from all staff they were clear on costs and always asked me how I was doing as they were doing their job. I got X-rays done plus cleaning and fillings. I can see myself coming here again.

As a possible new patient I spoke with two employees prior to my appointment, explaining in detail what my visit was for (a consultation only). Never was I told that there would be a cost for the visit which I would not have mined paying if I was told before hand. I choose not to do business with them in fear that the practice of a "pop up fee" may occur.
