I ordered a gluten free cake for my daughter's wedding (a regular size cake). It was very dense, very dry and very sweet. It was supposed to be Italian Wedding cake. It had no flavor except for the sparse, thin layer of strawberry and icing between the 2 layers and SUGAR. I didn't let them know until about a week ago (it was about 3 weeks afterwards...life and moving got in the way)

I used to love this place but two days ago I bought some pumpkin chocolate chip cookies that I noticed were quite dry and crumbly, I ate them still because they are expensive and I wasn’t going to waste them, and I’ve been so sick ever since!! Come to find out, the cookies were OVER A MONTH EXPIRED!!?! Like what!? I am so upset with them for not paying attention to these things and putting my health at risk. I hate to say that I will probably not be returning.

We ordered cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party. Somehow there was as miscommunication and we only got 9 of our twelve cupcakes. But they offered a refund. I stopped and got regular cupcakes for the other kids. All the kids wanted the gluten free ones. They tasted amazing and looked just as elegant as the ones in magazines. Thank you for making it right and baking beautiful cupcakes. Best gluten free cupcakes around.

I finally tried it out and got a sugar cookie, macaroon, and a bag of English muffins! They were all scrumptious! I ate the English muffins toasted and they were really yummy--texture was great. I love that there is a place to get gluten free backed goods. I wish they had more options, I guess I was expecting a traditional bakery counter type thing, it was more like going into a small store, but what I got was delicious.

I love bread. My body does not love gluten. But New Grains lets me have those things once in a while without tasting like "gluten-free alternatives" - we all know what that means. This is both a store and the place where they make their products. The "showroom" is a small room filled with coolers and shelves of all sorts of baked goods. Three cooler sections hold most of the products your are looking for.
The front end office staff were really nice people. Being new they told me a little about the business and some of the products they offered. Cookies, yes please! Dinner rolls, breads and hamburger buns, check!

This is the best gluten free bread I've ever had!! Seriously never had anything here that wasn't top notch and super high quality. All their bread is super moist and never dry. I just buy it and put it right in the freezer so it stays fresh and then take out a piece and defrost in my toaster for sandwiches and toast. Amazing!!

My son is allergic to wheat, corn, soy, peanuts. Try finding baked goods without those ingredients in any form, no less ones that taste decent. Well, New Grains has made what seemed impossible, possible. We started with the sourdough as a test, and it passed with flying colors. Then we tried the tortillas, pizza crust, pie crust, hot dog buns, dinner rolls, English muffins and whole grain bread. Finally, my son feels like he can eat somewhat normally. I also ordered the croutons to make dressing for Thanksgiving.

As someone who needs good gluten free baked goods, especially bread, I highly recommend their products. My favorite is the english muffins and the sour dough bread. Tortillas are pretty darn good too! But really, don't hesitate to give them a try. I have bought many gluten free breads and it is really hard to find good stuff. Even my 14 year old daughter likes it and she can eat any kind of bread she wants.

I’ve tried every kind of gluten-free muffin there is available, and these are the best, bar none. They are available through Amazon, but I order mine by the case directly from New Grains because our gluten-free family loves them. The only problem I ever had was the one time they - for some inexplicable reason — used FedEx. It was during the summer and Fed Ex took forever getting them here and they arrived moldy. New Grains made it good, though, and no problem since.

Good Ole' Fashion Customer Service that's what I received when I contacted the New Grains Home office in Provo, UT. My husband a recent convert to Gluten Free really likes their Sourdough. As of late I was coming home empty handed as the three local St. George, UT distributors did not have any Sourdough inventory. When I called New Grains directly I was greeted by Amy with friendliness and professionalism. She assured me the product was still available and went on to explain that at least one of the distributors was making some internal changes regarding their ordering. Too, she said the product

My sister in law was just diagnosed with celiacs disease. We’ve been searching for good bread for her since it is such a hard adjustment. I still eat gluten and we try everything we get for her. I could not tell the difference between their dinner rolls and flour dinner rolls. They were absolutely fantastic! I loved their cookies. I am so impressed with the quality. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I feel very safe giving my sister in law anything that they make. I usually think gluten free tastes funny but I thought this was excellent

My wife was recently diagnosed with a wheat and egg allergy and we have been trying everywhere to find decent baked goods that she can actually eat without doubling over in intense stomach pains. New Grains has a wide selection of wheat and egg free selections, like bread, cookies, tortillas, etc. I expected these wheat and egg free items to not taste that good, but I was pleasantly surprised when I found the taste of them to be pretty good! The bread is soft with a good crust, the cookies were sugary sweet and the tortillas taste exactly what I would expect from a regular tortilla. Kudos New Grains

I've been diagnosed with Celiac since I was 4 years old and this place has some of THE BEST gluten-free stuff I have EVER tasted!!! Their sugar cookies are literally the most amazing thing I have ever tasted!!! They also have very delicious multi-grain and sourdough bread! Their pizza crusts are okay and I am excited to try the pastry dough and waffle/pancake mix. I HIGHLY recommend this place to all individuals who cannot eat gluten!!

Excellent product and so delicious. When ever I'm in town I load up my whole suitcase before the trip home. But when I get stuck in California (like this time) I ordered on Friday and got it today, so yummy. I've been enjoying the sourdough when the bakery first started and it just gets better ever year. I still remember how proud Tim was of his sourdough baby (I miss him so much RIP Papa Tim). So smart to make the sourdough ciabatta roll now I would like to see that roll turned into a sourdough bread bowl. Now onto the barbecue sauce sooooo good even though they don't make it they

The customer service is horrible, especially if there is a problem. I ordered over $60 worth of baked goods which were supposed to be delivered for free in 2 days. After 5 days in transit (100 degree weather) the box arrived to St George, UT with obviously stale breads and one package of cookies open, dirty and broken (poor packaging). I've emailed and called the New Grains folks but not even a response, let alone fresh products. I won't waste my money with them again.

I found this product on Etsy. I ordered the deli rolls, the macaroon and the multigrain bread. These products are fantastic, the shop was very easy to communicate with, there were very willing to offer coupon discounts and they always responded to my questions very quickly. The Deli rolls are so amazing, I am a devoted customer now. The prices are not bad compared to the quality you get at the grocery store. Thank you so much New Grains......

Stopped in here with my mom who was recently diagnosed with celiac...we tried a few of their cookies and bread, all gluten free and all amazing! The comment we kept making was "wow, these all taste totally normal!" You really couldn't tell a difference with their sugar cookie and coconut macaroon--delicious and great texture. She was excited to find a place that makes great cookies, bread, and also has flours available for sale. I'm not gluten free, but I will be back for more of the cookies!
