Alvarez insurance it’s considered a broker firm but I realized after I got a commercial policy for a simple f250 work truck that they will make you go broke almost 3k for a year. Holding grudges against your customers will only effect you as a business. I’ve been in the insurance claims business for many years and after I showed the quotes to a few agents in town, their faces literally dropped. My family have been loyal customers to Alvarez for many years and after realizing that they are no longer helping but effecting a loyal customer we had to move on.
