My Dad recently had to be transported from southern Illinois to Naperville. A 4 1/2 hour drive! Jason, was so very helpful. He called me several times the day of the move to let me know of problems with the facility Dad was leaving. He was also kind enough to keep me in touch with how the trip was going. Upon arrival, I met the driver, Monique. She was kind and professional. My Dad was so happy with her, he asked me several times if I had given her a good tip. He told me that she was a "heck of a good driver" several times. He's 89 and probably talked nonstop. She did everything

Horrible customer service, no return phone calls or emails. My grandfathers doctor called last minute to cancel his appointment due to emergency. AC charge us for both trips in full and no one will return my calls/emails. Really?!! Charging a 95 year old elderly handicap man in full because his doctor canceled on him last minute. Horrible! Will never use them again!

I was Quoted $55 for a 4 mile trip and $55 back so $110 for 8 miles!!! They are taking advantage of the handicapped. I called and when i told The guy i could Rent a wheelchair van for a week for that price he told me, “ then go ahead!” That proves right there they only care about the $$. If i could Give zero stars i would. They deserve nothing.

We have been using this company for quite awhile now. Vehicles are newer, drivers friendly. When you call, you do have to wait on hold occasiinally, for a long time. They charge more $ if you do not schedule a return pickup time when booking and may have to wait hours to get picked back up. If you schedule a return pickup and are not ready, they charge extra. Also, be aware that if you pay by check, ensure they do not also charge your credit card on file. This happened to us - even though I told them at time of booking that I was going to pay by check and was ensured that my mother's credit

I have just started using them and they've been great !! Nice, newer vehicles, driver was charming, easy to schedule, on time, no problems with getting calls returned. I have used many medi-car services in the course of my work and so far AC MedTran has been one of the very best. I can't even believe the other reviews.

Initial pick up driver was about 15 minutes early. I was happy about that. Return trip 45 minutes late and they had another company that they work with come get me. Wasn't crazy about them being so late, but sometimes things happen. When I called in to check rise arrival they said something about power outage and trying to work off cell phones not business phone. Prices they quoted me was really great price. One place quoted $46 more and another place I sent email and left voicemail no response to either.
