Adam has spent the last 15 years learning how to deliver superior help to homeowners and business owners affected by water, fire, or other unplanned disasters. In 2009, Rocky Mountain Restoration was founded with the vision of bringing professionalism and empathy to the disaster restoration industry.
Rocky Mountain Restoration is currently looking for the right candidates to help take our company to the next level! Over the last year we have grown over 80% and we need help to continue our growth. We are a local water restoration company that has been in business for 12 years. We pride ourselves on our fun work environment.

I am in the process of buying my first home. Upon inspection we noticed some black stuff on the walls/ceiling and assumed it could be mold. I went on yelp and looked for a Damage Restoration company and found Rocky Mountain Restoration. I called on a thursday morning and was greeted by Chelsea on the phone. She was very helpful and kind. She explained to me the process of what will happen and answered all my questions. I explained to her that My husband and I wont be able to available till the next day.

That next day - I met Raf at the home. Raf was Awesome! He was on time and very friendly.

This company is literal trash. They send out a water mitigation and clean up crew to a friends house. All they did was go in and put fans. Then they wanted to get the check directly to them from the home insurance. They even wanted to leave the fans at his home longer. But the water was gone, and no longer needed. Then they went from $2000 to about $13000.
The communication with this company is complete trash. They don't call back when they need to or make the promise to. My friend contacted legel adivisors. And he was told that this company has had many similar situations. And that they are not

I had a leak under my kitchen sink.My plumber fixed the leak but there was a big mess and everything was wet.So my plumber referred me to Rocky Mountain Restoration. I am so glad they were the ones that helped me out.
They solved my problems snd went above and beyond for me

We were connected to Rocky Mountain Restoration by our plumber, and they were responsive after hours, getting us scheduled right away. We had water heater leak in garage, and they had to remove drywall, insulation, and placed a dehumidifier and multiple fans on that one area for a week to dry us out. They came by every other day or so to re-evaluate. They coordinated with the plumber, contractor, and insurance. Kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

Obviously it was an emergency with a water leak. Service was immediate and seemed to be going well, however, we were assured the repairs would be completed to our satisfaction. The job was not completed, we were left having to find another contractor to complete the job. Phone calls were not returned. Text messages were not returned.

My toilet flooded because of a broken hose. Water also
seeped into the adjoining bathroom. My plumber promptly replaced
the errant hose and strongly recommended Rocky Mountain Restoration
to follow up with the water damage. The team came over quickly, set
up high power drying fans to prevent further damage to baseboards
and laminate in master bedroom.
The next day, baseboard areas and some laminate in bedroom area
were removed and prepared for replacement.
When the drying process was completed, all areas were properly cleaned.
These folks are punctual, polite, and respectful of property.

Had a significant leak in my kitchen and had heard good things about RMR from a friend who used them in the past. They showed up about an hour after I had called. Super responsive!
Brian was super helpful, reassuring, and communicative. Helped me through the process of filing a claim (seeing as I was very unsure of how to go about it). They set up some equipment and then the Project Manager Nick was nice, communicative, and helped me understand the timeline of the work that was to be done.

Trevor was punctual, courteous and professional. He explained everything and reassured me that Rocky Mountain Restoration will contact my homeowners insurance to complete the process. He set up a return visit to check the progress and above all made me feel comfortable knowing that the whole process will be done expeditiously. He is an asset to Rocky Mountain Restoration.

This company billed for things they never did and my insurance claims adjuster said their bill was the largest he had ever seen in the over 32 years in the insurance business. They call disconnecting the dryer which in my case was unplugging it from the electrical outlet only and that costs $55. If a plumber fixing a leak tells you to go with them, I guarantee they are getting a kickback. Don't use them, RUN!!!!!

I'm profoundly dissatisfied with the service I received from Rocky Mountain. My insurance refused to pay out until they received a picture from Rocky Mountain. This picture was supposed to be taken before the demolition took place. I am now acting as a mediator between the insurance that I pay for, and this service that I also am paying for. So far we have been living out of townhome for two weeks, and we are still waiting for results from Rocky Mountain. You might want to consider going elsewhere for service. I will update this review once this job is completed.

First of all, their response to COVID has been incredible, Travis was incredibly professional and very aware of the new reality we are in. Gave em a call originally because being from Colorado, I love the Rocky Mountains so I had to call the AZ company repping the Rockies in the desert. Usually, when I base my decision off of things like a name of a company instead of checking reviews, I get disappointed - not this time! Dakota came out and was very professional and courteous. He but on booties before even entering the house and was very thorough. I hate saying this but it is hard to find a good company that has employees that care about the company and the customer/client. *update* it appears everything was a misunderstanding with their billing department and a newer employee. I truly appreciate them owning the mistake and they have since smoothed things over.

Do not sign anything and do not use this company bottom line. They will run their equipment longer than necessary to run the bill up more than necessary, and per the insurance they're using higher than market price gauging over the reasonable charges and them come after you for them over charging. Their customer service is rude as can be.
