Although the company in itself is relatively new, owners Jill Herndon and Nichole Clinger have over 20+ years' industry experience. I highly recommend Lotus Restoration Services - we had a flood situation in a building we manage early on a Friday morning. Jill had her team on site in a matter of minutes dealing with the situation. They were able to stop the water flow and had the affected areas dried completely by Monday morning.
Water in any part of your home or in your basement can cause major flooding situations which result in serious structural damage. At a loss for who to call on a Thursday night when we discover a water leak coming from the attic wet walls and carpet. I can't thank Matt enough for coming out so quickly starting the process of getting everything dried out!!! Matt was very thorough with his inspection and making sure everything dried completely when he came back to pick up the equipment. I appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude along with the very clean job he did, no sign of the fact he cut out walls and ceiling, a very neat demo. Thank you Lotus and Matt!!!

AMAZING SERVICE! My tub overflowed and it affected a few rooms. I had no clue how significant the damage was and know restoration is expensive. I called 2 companies and 1 carpet cleaner who is a friend. The first guy came out and tested walls and baseboards and basically said to call my insurance, it will cost about $5000 to replace the carpet, baseboards, remove desk cabinet, etc. He offered to pay part of my deductible. Shady. Then came Matt with Lotus Restoration. They came out within a couple hours and did the same testing of walls, carpet, etc. He explained the process and damage thoroughly

Lotus was a life saver for us! We left for a quick 24 hour trip and when we returned and open our garage we were in shock. We had a garage fire and lost everything. We called Jill and her team was there and helped us step through everything. If I had any questions, they had answers and the team was so great to work with. I hope that no one has to go through what we went through, but if you need help in any damage and restoration please call Lotus first! I have had several folk come look at my garage and they can believe how good it looks.

I would like to thank BOBBY for the outstanding service that he provided at my home. It's nothing but miraculous what he can do. He did the replacing of the area that had been done to include the final stage of painting. I'm going to post some pictures so that you further understand exactly what I'm trying to say. We were in the process of selling our home which was vacant at the time, contract in place, waiting for the home inspection. Upon the inspectors arrival to the property we received the devastating phone call, “your kitchen is flooded!” I called Lotus and within an hour a crew was on scene and starting the process of cleanup and drying. The entire kitchen was removed and within a week I Had new kitchen cabinets,(they saved the face frames and doors to match the uppers) flooring and baseboards! I can not thank Jill and Nichole enough for how quickly and professionally they responded. Great company

I just want to say I used Lotus restoration services for my repair and they were awesome! Bobby the repairman is a professional craftsman and his years of experience show in the product he provides! Wow. I have been a Realtor and property manager for 25+ years. In all that time, I’ve never worked with a Phoenix restoration contractor that I could praise or refer to others in good conscience. That changed this week when Lotus undertook a critical (and extensive) remediation project for one of my clients. Their communication is excellent as was their response time. Fair and honest pricing too, which almost never comes with the territory. I worked with Jill, one of the owners, directly. I highly recommend their services.

Woke up to a flooded master bathroom when the water heater on the other side of the wall in my garage broke and the water flooded my bathroom instead of going out the garage like it was supposed to (stupid home builders). Lotus was recommended by several people in my facebook group so I called them and was blown away! They had someone at my house within an hour. Our good friends son passed away at his home. According to the investiging officer, there was a significant amount of blood. Family called this company to come and clean the apartment. They went to estimate the job and said it could be cleaned up with a tissue. We went to take care of it for our friends. It was a large amount of blood! Took us over two hours to clean it all up! Very disappointed in the customer service and that on their website it reminds people not to clean up blood for health reasons. Then they refuse to do the job! Shameful!

Lotus Restoration Services is an excellent company to work with at a time of frustration. When I called Lotus with a restoration project Jill was prompt at answering any of our questions and had someone at my mothers home within an hour. Jill's advice and recommendations where amazing, which put us at ease with our situation at hand. By 8am the… next morning she had Tanner out containing the area that needed their expertise. Jill and her team at Lotus Contracting Service are fantastic, profession, compasionate, and deliver the highest quality. We had a washer malfunction that impacted 80% of our house/carpet. Jill and her team had… the water extracted and floors I think 3 days and scheduled all the repairs and cleaning to the carpet a day later. My wife was 41. Weeks pregnant and Jill did everything in her power to have this issue resolved before the newborn arrived. Thanks to Jill and her team, th3 house returned to a condition better than when the incident happened. I would recommend Lotus to anyone in need

I had a flood situation at my home and contacted Lotis contracting services. I spoke with Jill who I was very impressed with. She handled the call like a 911 operator keeping me calm while I was frantic. Her crew was out here within 20 minutes and took control of the situation. Everything was explain to me so I could understand what was going on.I will have no problem referring this company to my friends family and customers, but I hope I don't have to.
