We had an estimate scheduled with Tom for today at 1:00pm. I had called early this morning and left a voicemail asking if it would be possible to move the appointment to 3:00 today and asked him to call me and let me know if that would work for him. I received no call and when we called him at 1:10pm he said he just wasn't planning to come because 3:00 was no good for him and he also didn't want to come now because he'd made other plans. Zero communication from this guy; completely unreliable. Look elsewhere for service because this guy isn't interested in providing it.

Very nice people and competitive prices. However, the window was delayed and we were not kept informed of these delays. Our message was not returned in 24 hours. The crew did not have the necessary ladder and other equipment to install the window, even though they should have known what was needed since they had come out to see it for the estimate. They also damaged a doorway to the room and damaged paint on the wall and windowsill and lightly damaged the drywall while installing the window and left a grease stain on the carpet and broken glass on the ground.
