Spoke with the front desk. After reading the reviews I was expecting a rowdy front desk receptionist and boy they succeeded the expectations. I chose to call because almost all of the reviews indicate what an amazing Dr. Dr. Trent is, so having to deal with rude front desk didn't bother me at first. What did bother me was that 1. front desk person telling me that Dr. Trent does not treat spider or varicose veins anymore (as still listed on website, with a photo of a laser on a leg!), also she said that 'varicose and spider veins are the same thing', and to call Dr. Russell Samson's office (who

I have been using the services provided by Dr. Trent for 8+ years, and love how attentive and dedicated she is to her work, and the health and well being of her patients. I do my routine scheduled appointments and always receive prompt and courteous service, and stay ahead of any pre cancers or skin issues.
She recently relocated her office to make it easier to access and more accessible to everyone, the new digs are nice.
I would highly recommend her to anyone .

I never got to meet Dr trent but her receptionist was very rude and condescending on the phone. She answered as if I was calling her personal mobile. I was just trying to figure out appointment availability before going through with the process of scheduling, as sometimes dermatologists can take weeks. She was very rude and uninviting and she even laughed at me. Extremely unprofessional. Lost my business not only in medical but cosmetic care too.

You have performed surgical procedures and a skin graft as my doctor always to the highest medical standards. I had an awesome experience at my first dermatology appointment. Dr.Trent was very thorough with my skin exam. I received a free VISIA from their new cosmetic consultant and was very please with her. She recommended the kybella treatment, I can't wait to get rid of my turkey neck, thank you, Juls! Can't wait to start a laser resurfacing series for my acne scars.

Dr. Trent is great. Our family has gone to her practice for several years now and have always had a perfect experience. I personally have gone for both "unusual marks" on my skin I was worried about and have had laser hair removal done. When I was worried about my skin she took care of it extremely quick and did thorough testing to ensure nothing was wrong. As far as laser hair removal I'm still in the process and have done 2 sessions both of which were great. I'm seeing great results already after just 2 sessions too which is much more than expected.
