Mike was a pleasure to work with. My situation was explained to him about needing a loan fast. My lender was adding on charges for lock extensions as my current house, at the time, the closing date was being pushed back. Mike stepped in and explained what was realistically possible and what he could do for me. He not only matched my lenders rate but also reduced closing costs. Mike was always upfront and easy to get a hold of. I was amazed how he was always on top of the situation. Mike is an absolute professional and godsend in this market. This was not my first home purchase and I spent a lot of time vetting different brokers and lenders. Mike beat them all out with his effort and knowledge of the industry.
He was extremely responsive, picking up phone calls on weekends and at night because he knew how important it was to react to opportunities quickly. I was also impressed by his ability to identify and present different options throughout the process. We had about as great of an experience as is possible when buying a house; especially considering we were first time homebuyers who knew nothing about anything. We found the house we wanted the very first day we started looking, then clicked on a button on Zillow that asked if we wanted to speak to someone about the property.
