Services
Dentists, hygienists, and assistants volunteer their time and expertise in our dental clinic or provide care at their own office as part of our referral network. Dental services at HFHC are made possible through the generosity of dental providers. If you are a dental professional, please consider donating your time to providing care for our patients.
We offer free blood glucose testing and A1C testing to patients. We also offer free test strips, monitors, lancets to aid with diabetes management. If you have a goal to lose weight, control your blood sugar, or generally live healthier, we can provide relevant information and support to help you reach those goals.
Prescription medications are coordinated by accessing Patient Assistance Programs (PAP's) of the pharmaceutical companies. How Does the Program Work? When applications are approved, the medications will be delivered to the client's home or physician's office, to be picked up by the client. At that time, if all information is complete, the client will be enrolled and the process to obtain medications will be started.
Holland Free Health Clinic offers outpatient counseling and support services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders. Our counselors offer a safe, nonjudgmental, compassionate atmosphere allowing for growth and healing to begin. Our counselors work collaboratively with individuals to empower and help to identify personal strength and abilities.
The Pamper and Prayer foot clinic is designed to care for the physical need of foot care as well as the spiritual need of prayer. For those with diabetes, professional foot examinations are critical. Members of the Lakeshore Parish Nurse Partners coordinate this service with Christ-like love addressing both physical and spiritual needs.

They used me to get money from the State and ruined my insurance in 2020 so i could not afford the surgery i needed even though i am disabled from trauma. They made sure that i know i do not matter and my feeling do not matter because i am a white man, because except for the money they got from the state from me and did not care about my health care.
