This is a family business. Try to kindly request something they have not decided you should have and they bark in their native language across the room clearly angry. Then they pout and don't even answer you. So unprofessional. They just want to be done with you so they can move as fast as possible to the next person. They make you feel very uncomfortable. I tried to give them a second and third chance because their location is convenient for me. But they lack in customer care. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a positive and relaxing experience.

After using the same person for several years, I was hesitant to try new places. I'm so glad I found this place! Kay does an AMAZING job on my nails (dip) and is always clean/timely and professional. I have also had a pedicure from Quinn that was wonderful.

I went to the same nail salon for 4 years but they changed ownership so i decided to try somewhere else, so I was a little nervous going in. Lin took great care of me, she was fast but I didn’t feel rushed. She cleaned up my cuticles with different tools and didn’t once cut me or rub my skin raw. I did dip and the color options were endless! She was talkative and was asking about my tattoos and job, and felt like she was genuinely interested! I’ll be making my appointments with her from now on! 10/10.

My guy and I had tandem pedicures. Ivy accommodated 2 walk-ins at one time, no problem. He’s only had one other pedi, but raved about this one being superior to the first. The massage chairs are high-end. Staff is professional and courteous.

This place is hands down is my go to spot, not only was Lynn amazing at what she did but the facility was super clean. I had made an appointment at 2:00 for a fill and a fix up another nail salon did and I got there a few minutes early and lynn got me right in and went straight to work. Lynn I absolutely love my nails and lady I will be seeing you in a few weeks ❤️
