1st visit and not likely returning. My tech Kevin did a fine job. It was the atmosphere that disappointed. I am a fan of all music including Christmas Carols (expected serene spa music & experience) . But high volume blaring while trying to enjoy the great chair massage was not what I expected from a "nail spa" experience. Attempt to not have to drive to my 1st choice at Studio Nails failed. I do agree it's ok for seeking a no fuss experience.

I just love this place. I kid you not, I live in the greater Houston area with literally thousands of nail salons to choose from and this is my favorite nail salon. Everyone is so sweet and personable. The nails always last long and are thin. Like, I can NOT get the salons in my area to stop making my nails thick and weird looking. Suzi did my nails in the photo but everyone I’ve had has been excellent. 10/10

I went here last week to get dip extensions and a lady started out doing my nails. She glued tips on one hand then got up and handed me off to a guy who looked very nervous. He started off putting glue on my natural nails opposed to the tips, the correct way, and got the nails stuck to his hands multiple times trying to apply them. After dipping my nails in the powder he would slap my hands to get the loose powder off instead of brushing it off. When he finished, all of my nails were different lengths, shapes, and most of them were crooked. Quite a few had specks of dirt inside of them as well
