I just went to see Mr. Drose and not having been in this situation before, I did not know what to expect. Well, Mr. Drose was most professional, did not charge me for a half hour of his time and found his advice to be sound advice which I will follow to ease out of the problems that i have, Ii would highly recommend Mr. Drose for any problems you may have when dealing with BK issues, and perhaps he has other solutions than that.
Bankruptcy laws are federal laws and are the same in every state, although some interpretations of the laws are regional. These laws are found in title 11 of the U.S. Code. The bankruptcy laws are divided into chapters-Chapter 7 & Chapter 13.
7 - "straight bankruptcy" - the person owing money (called the "Debtor") submits information to show all assets and all liabilities; a Trustee is appointed to determine if the Debtor has any assets which can be taken and sold.

Michael Drose and his staff at Drose Law Firm have assisted us with a legal matter with the utmost in integrity, handling our case with such attention to details and I can't say enough about the customer service. His staff was always more than accommodating in answering questions and responding promptly to issues that arose.
I had a question come up four years after our case closed and sent an email to inquire about it. The staff got me the answer I needed in less than 24 hrs including a personal call from Mr. Drose himself.
I Highly recommend this firm to anyone who is in need of their services
