I worked with GTS to start my tech career and it was a phenomenal experience. The people I worked with like Tracy and Audra made it very clear that they actually cared about my experience and my prospects. In addition for the wonderful support I received from their staff the opportunities which I took advantage of while working with them allowed me to grow in such a way that I have now landed my big money tech dream job. I've enjoyed the experience so much that I would actually go back and work with them again the next time I'm considering making a big change in my career. As long as you work hard

I worked with GTS for over 9 months, they immediately got me an IT job with the state with competitive pay for the job. Jessica was super helpful and always available to answer questions and help solve issues.
It was also refreshing to see that GTS/Jessica would come and see us in person often at the office unlike most contracting jobs where they hire you and then take all your money and they never see you again, GTS was a game changer for me and I was hired directly by the state. Highly recommend working with GTS! 6 stars, 5 plus a bonus

GTS is a company that I believe genuinely cares about it's employees and community.
The management is competent, helpful, and understanding of the balance of work and personal life. The pay (because we all care about compensation) is very competitive and there is room for growth for people who want it.
The workplace is fun, relaxed, fast-paced, and challenging all at the same time. The people I work with are some of the best people I know, and are a pleasure to be around.
If I ever leave, I don't think I'll ever find another company quite like GTS.

GTS has a fabulous community outreach program that allows their employees to select and volunteer at a nonprofit for a day. And does this group know how to help! Not only did they pour a lot of sweat equity in helping the Central Texas SPCA with some much needed landscape clean-up and social time with the dogs and cats, they also helped supply us with many items from our wish list. Everyone who came out were incredible and to see such great energy and communication between all of them is a testament to the core values of GTS Technology Solutions.

GTS is the best company I've worked for. They are genuinely interested in helping employees reach their potential. I personally have held a couple different roles in the company, because I've been allowed to pursue my interests. They encourage continuing education and training. I also love the company's Give Through Service initiative -- a mindset that trickles down into every facet of the company.

GTS provided great service for us as we organized an outreach for high school girls. Ben went above and beyond to get our needs taken care of, and he was very flexible with his schedule so that we could make arrangements at our convenience. He and Tracie listened to our request, and they were responsive to our emails. They communicated plans so that all members of the team were informed, and plans were implemented successfully. Working with them was a pleasure!

Finally, I have found a company that gives back to the community and sponsors various charities. They promote from within, and even encourage employees career growth. They help and will listen to your concerns and have an open-door policy. Everyone has a voice no matter the position you hold. The CEO personally meets all new employees and treats you as a person not just a number. They recognize your hard work and dedication and will even surprise you through SPOT bonuses. All the way around, I can assure you that working for this company you will not be disappointed.
