I contacted Luis Alvarenga approximately one month ago and provided all appraisal details of my jewelry. I spoke to him on the phone and he said he would get back to me with a quote. I reached Out to him yesterday and he informs me, sorry you need a homeowners’ policy. This company is very unprofessional as they will waste your time and lead you on and you must constantly call them to get anything done. Don’t waste your time with them, there is so many better and more professional insurance companies out there.

I just can’t say enough about this office, and the level of service that they provide. More notably the personable service that I receive specifically from Maly Phagnaxay-Soukchanh. I swear I have claimed Maly as my very own personal insurance agent. My husband and I have 8 vehicles that are fully covered and our auto premium is below $500 monthly. This is my 1st time using State Farm after constantly hearing about the coverage. My insurance agent Maly was AMAZING! Like most people I hate all of the technical jargon, so to speak with someone who is straight forward, breaks down important details and doesn't make you feel like they selling you something is more than worth a simple conversation. I was able to get a policy that is identical to my previous policy with some added benefits. Looks like we're off to a GREAT start.
