Tom was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and had things ready to go for us when we said we be there at 8am to get out new atv. Tom went out of his way to highlight important things for us to reference to when looking at the manual. We didnt even ask him to do that. To me right there is customer service!!

I bought a new 2021 Ranger 1850 Reata from Brian at Shoeder’s Marine and, based on my experience, would highly recommend these guys!
I found my boat online and used their website to contact someone about the boat and Brian responded via text almost immediately. He sent me all of the info I needed to make my decision and since I’d already seen this boat in person somewhere else I was able to move on to negotiating the price.
I always negotiate based on the “out the door” price to ensure there are no surprises and they were happy to negotiate that way- I’ve found some dealers won’t

The customer service is outstanding!!! We bought our very first 5th wheel camper, absoulute 0 pressure, took our time finding the perfect camper for our family and above all, any and all questions we had were answered with honesty, on the spot! We bought our new-to-us pontoon boat here. I wrote them and several other dealers a letter in March 2021 describing what we were looking for. The sales staff here were the only ones out of 8 dealers who responded. After months of looking on line and no boats matching our needs, we came here in person just to meet the sales people we had met on the phone.

We had a great experience at Shoeder's. We were from Green Bay on vacation. We found a boat there on a Saturday afternoon. Brian was our salesman. He was really easy going and not pushy. We came back and bought it on the following Monday. They were really patient with us with waiting for us to get financing with our credit union back home. Brian in sales, helped get things in line for our bank before we got there. Whole process went really smooth. They even held the boat for us until Monday!

We rented a 12 person pontoon from Shoeder's for a week used for a family reunion. I can say that this was one of the best rental experiences I've had. The delivery was spot on time, the pontoon was new and only used 6 times. The delivery man was awesome, friendly and helpful. We used the pontoon all week and we're so happy with the performance of the motor and boat. Finished the week and returned it to the dock for pickup. Again, young man was on time and polite. Everything the did from communication with Ali to working with the delivery and pickup guys was great! Thanks!!

I cannot say enough about the customer service we received from Shoeder's. We had an issue with our camper right before a planned vacation. I called Shoeder's hoping they would be able to help last minute. To my surprise they said bring it in and we will try to see what we can do. The customer service we expected was absolutely top notch. From Jeff the service manager to Gary the service technician we could not have been treated any better. We cannot thank them enough for saving our vacation. We will definitely be going back to them for all of our needs.
