Great small business!
We have used these guys a couple of times for vinyl windows signs and they have done a great job. Quality work that looks good, gets done quickly, and at a great price.
When we first opened our small business, we looked into some of those national chains and it was such a hassle and was going to take weeks. Last month when I wanted new window signage I emailed Dave at Bertram on Wednesday afternoon and it was installed perfectly on Friday morning. And the price was very fair. This is how a business is supposed to work--I'm so glad I stayed local this time.

I walked into their studio ask for their contact information in order to bid out some vinyl signage for my chiropractic office. A man who never introduced himself, promptly accused me of soliciting. I assured him I wasn't there to sell him anything and simply wanted his business card. He said he didn't want to give it to me and continued to assert that I was attempting to market to him. Even after I explained I needed a bid on vinyl work, he asked if I had seen the "No Soliciting" sign on the door. I don't know if I have been treated so rudely by a business in my life.
