Special thanks to Mr. S of Monroe, North Carolina. He brought in his HP DV7 laptop, when he powered it up he was getting an error message even before Windows loaded stating that the SYSTEM FAN had malfunctioned, and it wouldn't let him go any further. Our expert technicains found the fan was indeed good, but a broken piece of plastic debris was stopping the fan from spinning!
We would like to thank Mr. H of Matthews, NC for chosing us when his HP Pavillion P6523W-PC Desktop computer started failing! According to the customer it was running slower than ever, and constantly crashing with the familiar "Blue Screen of Death" or BSOD. Technician noted that upon a visual inspection, he found the add-on video card fan had failed, and the motherboard had over 5 swollen blown capacitors.

Stay away! DON'T bring your PC here. My laptop would not start up, and I really needed all my files on the hard drive. I discussed this at length with the staff. They called the next day, and NONE of my files were there. They wiped the drive clean and re-installed windows, with NONE of my files. Admitted it was there fault, they just forgot. Came back 2 days later, with a couple of files restored but not even close to all that should have been there. The word docs they restored cannot be opened. They ended up charging my $100 for something I could have done myself.
