After years of trying to be positive and empathetic , I must honestly share that This is Not the place to go to if you need reliability and consistency with important policies. The business is grossly Unorganized, an unsafe mess of cluttered exposed files and antiquated, even junky- non existent systems that cause policy lapses -and then months of no notices & non follow though by it’s nice but embarrassingly overwhelmed owner. I ultimately had to move my business insurance to State Farm after A+C incompetence created lapses in my business coverage. I switch to State Farm —And to my surprise
