Flood Relief Inx team test for Mold and provide mold remediation, Asbestos, Lead Microbial Contamination, and Hidden Moisture. When your carpet has been water damaged our first priority is to protect those objects that are in contact with the carpet from further damage. Furniture is removed to a dry place or put up on plastic blocks to prevent water from seeping into the legs.
Toilet overflows sometimes appear clean. However, any water that has been in contact with clogged sewage pipes or that results from a sewer backup is considered by the EPA to be black water (sewage water). Sewage backup or black water presents a serious health risk to all who are exposed to the contamination.

Dave and Santos were wonderful! I had a leak in the attic and ceiling caused by a faulty air conditioning unit. They came within an hour of my call and did an inspection right away using meters and feared cameras and went up into the attic. I had a major vendor who came before they did to do an estimate and told my whole ceiling had to come off! But afte they inspected the leak they found the water damage was confined to a small area and never reached the walls or anything. They immediately set up a plan to mitigate it for drying, dehumidifying and using antimicrobial agents. I felt immediately

the owner Dave to me. They did a great job, on time, kept me in the loop, made sure all work was done professionally, protected the house from dust. Even did extra things for me he wasn't hired or paid to do. Very professional crew of guys. Can't beat the price ! etc;

We had what we thought some minor flooding and asked Dave to inspect our home. He discovered the water had damaged most of our home downstairs. He immediately started working that afternoon and had his team taking care of the problem. He helped us with our insurance claim and are amazed in the quality of work and professionalism.
A few months later Dave returned to clean and honestly transform our carpets.

Recently I had a flood disaster in several rooms of my house, creating a mess, and wiping out my hardwood flooring. Flood Relief came out immediately on a Sunday afternoon and took control of the situation. They helped through all aspects of the restoration project making sure that the work was done right, on time, and that all safety considerations were followed.

We've had the unfortunate luck of having several water leaks over the past couple of years. Fortunately, we were referred to Dave at Flood Relief Inc. Dave came right out, each time, even on Sundays, and took care of the problems. It's not a fun issue to deal with in your home, but having the right person to call makes it much easier to deal with. Dave is very knowledgeable and friendly, and provides a great service. We hope we don't have another water leak ever again... but if we do, we'll definitely call Flood Relief Inc. Highly recommended.

My home in Whittier had a bad flood while we were gone for the weekend. When I returned I called Flood Relief Inc and spoke with Dave. I knew about him through my friends who desperately needed his services and highly recommended him. We also had some mold in the walls. Dave supervised the work and also did plenty of work himself. The work was done in an expert way and my home was recovered in better condition than before the flood. Would I recommend Dave and his crew at Flood Relief Inc? Absolutely 100%
