Services
It is the vision of the Pacific Urgent Care and Wellness Center to provide our patients, clients and athletes the highest quality health and wellness services available. We strive to stay on the leading edge and deliver evidence based prevention, medical treatment and the latest approaches to healthy living.
Dr. Moore maintains a limited number of patients in his concierge medicine service. This service allows the you to develop a unique relationship with a physician that knows you in depth. A comprehensive physical and ongoing follow up interactions allows him to better understand your particular medical, surgical, family and social issues.
IV Vitamin Therapy is the process of administering concentrated levels of vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants, and amino acids directly into the bloodstream through an IV. Conventional multi-vitamins and supplements only allow for a limited amount of absorption into the body, while any nutrient administered through an IV provides almost 100% absorption, and thus all of the amazing benefits that vitamins and antioxidants can provide.
Pacific Wellness Center helps executives maintain a healthy lifestyle. We use the latest technology to provide a health roadmap to look for potential risk factors. Then we teach our patients to take steps to improve their well-being. We focus on body, mind, and spirit. Because we realize the value of time, our space and processes are set up for maximum efficiency.
We offer walk-in care when your regular doctor is not available. Often we see visitors to San Diego who are in need of urgent medical help. Because our staff has experience treating many medical emergencies, we are one of Southern California's leading urgent care centers. Please call us if you have questions.

I've come here for a few years and honestly I don't know why I continued to go. Maybe it was just convenience. The girls at the front desk always make mistakes and try to charge me more for my co-pay. I've had it happened multiple times and then they correct it. My most recent visit, I had called in advance to confirm my co-pay and they told me my co-pay was $25 which was correct. After my appointment, I get a bill in the mail saying I owed another $25. I called them on the phone and they said they are not allowed to bill as a specialist which would be $50 but when I called my insurance the company

Paid 119 $ for the test for absolutely nothing, because American Airlines didn't accept a handwritten test and I ended up paying another 165 $ for another rapid test at the airport. Not only did Pacific Urgent Care not care to inform me about this possible outcome (and they should, cause many people come exactly for the reason to be able to fly) but the price for tests in America in general is scandalous! In Europe we pay approximately 30$ for Antigen and Rapid Tests. America once again proves it's not about the people and all about the money. Just talk, no substance. Pacific Urgent Care just wanted

Had a great experience coming in to grab a prescription before a flight. The building was clean and neat and Dr. Patty was wonderful.
The pharmacy I went to was having some kind of issues and repeatedly told me my RX must have been sent to the wrong pharmacy. After calling Pacific Urgent Care, the receptionist (forget her name but I think Alexis?) was EXTREMELY sweet and helpful. She called the pharmacy, spoke to the pharmacist and called me back. It turns out the pharmacy had my RX all along and had some computer issue.
I'm so happy this was able to be taken care of so easily, they didn't just

Not all of us want to have a virtual visit with our doctors. Dr Moore is exactly what I want my doctor to be . He is kind ,he listens and he takes into consideration my opinion . And he’s a really great doctor. I’ve known Dr Moore for years and he hasn’t changed ,he would give you the shirt off his back without blinking and and he treats everyone the same. With kindness and care. My suggestion is if you have a billing problem call the office. The one thing I do know about Joe and his staff they are looking out for your best interest and they don’t have a Chrystal ball .

I had the best experience going here. I apologize because I am unable to remember everyone's name but I do remember Natalie because I called her and she was able to get me an appointment. The Nurse that helped me and Dr. Jonathan were just so amazing. I had great conversation with everyone and they just made me feel so welcomed and that I was in good hands. If anyone from the Wellness Center is reading this....THANK YOU!

Professional experience, but how they bill may 5x your cost -
I went to "Pacific Urgent Care and Wellness Center" because I was sick and needed to see a doctor for urgent care. I was treated well, but my major complaint is how I was billed. I have Blue Shield of Ca insurance, and this visit should have cost me $35 out of pocket if it were billed as Urgent Care. However, since it was billed as a Wellness visit instead, I was responsible for 60% of the bill, which ended up costing $140 out of pocket. I'm not sure to what degree this is my fault versus a misleading business name, but if I had known

Was extremely sick the past week and Dr Moore and staff went above and beyond to help me and have taken great care of me over the years whenever I have medical issues.
Have been to a lot of Doctors in San Diego over the years and with Family, and had so many bad experiences with waiting rooms taking forever, doctors with no bedside manner, just looking at you like $$$ or a number and not a person and a laundry list of stressful things I could go on for a while about. I am a pretty easy going person and takes a lot to make me upset too.
Was a blessing finding Dr. Moore and his amazing staff that

My sick daughter and I had an amazing service experience here today. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and we maybe waited 15 minutes to see a doctor. We were seen by a nurse practitioner who had exceptional diagnostic and communication skills, and really took her time to make sure my daughters illness was properly considered. absolutely would go back again when needed!

My mom and I are visiting from out of town and my mom got sick. We were a walk in and got seen almost right away. Dr. Moore was very nice, professional, and compassionate. All the things a great doctor should be. Honestly if he was a doctor in our home state I would have him be our family practitioner.

I was on vacation and became ill during my trip. I was a bit worried of going to a clinic that was not my primary as I have heard horror stories. I called my insurance agent and he directed me to Pacific Urgent Care. I have to say I was very impressed. The office was very clean and all staff I interacted with were nice. When I met Dr Moore he made me feel comfortable right away. He was up beat and didn't seem to be in a rush to get me out. Good doctor's are hard to come by and I was extremely lucky to have been sent his way.
