In the Virtual Meal Replacement Weight Loss Program you attend weekly online sessions using a format called Blackboard. It allows you to see your group counselor and the "blackboard" and participate in discussions with your classmates. Group online sessions focus on topics like becoming aware of and dealing with uncomfortable emotions, adjusting self talk, building self esteem, enhancing communication skills, stress management, etc.
Options is Kaiser Permanente's metabolic and bariatric surgery preparation and support program. If you are a KP Member living in San Diego and want to learn more about the Options Program the first step is to attend our orientation session. Live outside San Diego? For your safety, there are a few guidelines to make sure you are eligible for metabolic and bariatric surgery at Kaiser Permanente.

Topics include pre &-post surgery nutrition and exercise, vitamin and mineral supplementation, stress and sleep management, bariatric surgery and recovery, and general long-term healthy lifestyle strategies.

I love that everything is one way process. Temperature check at the front door.. then make your way to the 4th floor to the check in desk. Order your products . Then go to the 6th floor to self weight in . Move on to check into the lab for your check in or blood draw. Finally walk down the hall to pick up your products and your done .. painless and safe . Great location, perfect customer service. I feel safe and it shows the steps they have taken towards keeping up with Covid protocols
