200-year-old family home was our first remodeling project. Always in need of repair, our dad taught us early on how to remodel, repair and update a home. We credit our work ethic and drive to our father, a retired steelworker. Dad is a very handy man and can do just about anything, and as we worked alongside him we developed a solid understanding of building.
He encouraged each of his eight children to receive further education, and each brother/owner holds a college degree, as well as other industry related certifications. I am thoroughly pleased with the portico that was constructed . From design creation with Joe , to Craig the project manager to Tom the incredibly capable lead carpenter, I can not praise them enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. They are truly a cohesive team who communicate well with each other and with their customer Their work is eye catching. I could tell they take pride in their work . We have used Owings Brothers Services for the last 5 years. They remodeled our kitchen, master bath, powder room, and laundry room. Owings Brothers just completed a remodel of our master bathroom and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We interviewed about a dozen contractors and firms to do our first floor and kitchen renovation in Silver Spring, MD. Owings Brothers was by far the most efficient, resourceful and transparent. We could not have made a better decision and intend to use them again for future projects. Owings Brothers uses a program called Co-Construct that allows… you to keep tabs on the job from an app on your phone and a portal website through a browser on your computer.
