I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment. The guy working told me my appointment was an hour later which wasn’t true. Then after clearing that up I was told a different price than what I was quoted when I made my appointment. They told me they would honor the original quote because I wasn’t going back to the ATM to get more cash. That’s another thing, they only accept cash so you know what that means.

There was an appointment set two weeks out, like asked by the business. I took off work to ensure I could make my appointment on time and 30 minutes before I was to drop two of my vehicles off. I received a call stating that my appointment has been cancelled. This is an extreme Inconvenience of my time. I will not do business with someone that can not keep their word. Their word shows their integrity and they have none.

I have always tinted the vehicles I owned. My last vehicle done by Quality Window Tint was by far the best of the 3! Very professional work! Looking forward to them putting tint on my husbands car next month. As far as the waiting room, nothing to write home about, but I'm not there for the waiting room. I'm paying for them to provide great looking tint on my car, and they do just that!
