I would never recommend anyone over JM Tints. They not only have phenomenal customer service, but they are amazing at their job. The tints that I had placed on my vehicle look as if they can with the car from the factory. Their professionalism is a appreciated and I will be continuing business with them by sending friends and family to also get tints placed on their cars.

The building and waiting areas were very clean and comfortable and he was done in less than 2hours with 5 windows! I love the finished product, it’s beautiful and flawless. My Mazda CX-5 was in and out within 2 hours. They did an amazing window tint job and were very friendly. He was able to get me in within the next hour or so of me calling, but I had to wait until the next day. The best service! My boyfriend referred me here. Will be bringing figure cars here.

If I had to sum it up. Just a great place to take your vehicle.
You can't beat the quality or the customer service. As soon as you call you know J knows his stuff and will make what you want happen. I cant express enough the level of care and pride they take in your vehicle. They care so much that I'm positive that no matter how upset you would be if they messed up ( not that they ever would ) J would take it harder and be more upset then you.
I've had two vehicles done here and I can confidently walk up, hand them my keys and come back knowing it will be the best quality job you can possibly

I have used James for years now, after having a bad experience with a competitor. Every vehicle I have owned has been tinted by him since. He is honest, to the point, excels in his craft, and above all guarantees his work. The shop is always in clean order, and relaxing to just lay back for a bit while he completes the job. I have really enjoyed watching his business grow, he has worked very hard to be where is now. JM Tint is by far THE BEST in central Ohio.

I called about getting my windows tinted and was able to get the job done the same day, while I waited. You might be able to find a cheaper service, but I wanted piece of mind that I was getting a top quality product and install, and I believe I got that at JM Tint. Products and services were explained very well, including a demo of the differences between the available tints and their heat deflecting properties, and no pressure at all to purchase anything I didn't want or need. I gave one star because there's no option for zero stars. My windows have small bubbles all over. When I took it back to have the owner inspect, since there should be a warranty, he said there was something wrong with my windows and that it wasn't his fault. My car is brand new. He offered to redo them but I would've had to pay again. It's irresponsible to offer a lifetime warranty if he can just say any issues aren't his fault.

I called, spoke with James, and got scheduled the following day. James showed me options for what's legal, I made my selections, and in an hour, my car was done. I definitely noticed how the tint shielded me from the harsh sun rays and how the car was cooler while parked outside. JM Tint may not be the cheapest, but I appreciate the lifetime warranty even for a regular tint. Very happy customer! And I'll be recommending them to friends.

We have had both of our vehicles tinted here. He offers a ceramic tint that keeps the inside of the vehicle from heating up! It's AMAZING. We got our first car done 4 years ago and the tint is still ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Highly highly recommend- I will NEVER use anyone else. Also- he's very punctual, very fast, and very professional!

Took my 2015 Lexus ES350 here for all around tint. Spoke with James who was very helpful and friendly, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He discussed the different tint options, gave his recommendations & input, and was not even a bit pushy. I went with the 35% carbon tint option. Tinting all the sides + back window took approximately 1 hour. I would recommend JM's service to anyone looking for a quality tint service.

Did a lot of research and found JM Tint. I was a bit nervous letting someone touch my first new car in over 30 years but decided to step out of my comfort zone and give them a try. I had an appointment and left there 15 minutes later with a wonderful tint. The ceramic film cuts so much heat out it is unbelievable. Looks amazing!

When I walked up I wasn't sure they were open. Thankfully another patron was sitting in the dark waiting room. There is a couch and a tv, which is nice for killing the time while you wait. They could have gotten me in same day, which I think is a huge plus for people that like to knock stuff out quick. They call you an hour early to confirm, and added plus. These guys do a great job! Would recommend mighly! Don't be put off if the lights are off in the waiting room, they have a garage out back that they pull the car up to. They have survalance and came out within a minute of my arrival
