This place was very unprofessional, they suppose to show up at 11:30 to set up they didn't show up until 12:15, they set everything up and told me the blower wasn't working, the guy told me it 10 minute down the street. they didn't come back until 1:30. I call them to file a complaint and nothing was done! they offer me $30 dollar off. I don't want a discount I wanted them to be honest apologize instead of lying to me, the owner didn't care. I will never use this place again and would never recommended this place to anyone else. I had a really bad experience.

This was my first time renting an inflatable and I'm so glad I chose Bouncing off the Walls . They came to set up earlier than the time I scheduled and were very professional and friendly. The kids had 7 hours of the waterslide bounce house combo fun and it was perfect. You guy's have gained a life customer. Thank you for making my kids party amazing😊

Thank you for your great service! The office was very accommodating for my event and worked with me on some policies that they had in place. The delivery crew was super friendly, professional, respectful and polite. They were really quick with set up and pick up. They were the only inflatable company I could find in town that had a toddler friendly inflatable. I got it for my son’s third birthday. It was safe enough for my 18 month old with supervision. I had a great first experience with them and will be using them in the future!

We rent from Bouncing Off The Walls for every birthday party. It is very easy to order what you want off the website. the delivery guys are very good at setting up and taking down the slides and very friendly. We've never had a problem with the inflatables. We haven't rented from anyone else to compare them to.

The kids enjoyed the bouncer yesterday at my child's daycare. The equipment was very well taken care of and clean. I enjoyed the professionalism of the delivery driver. Bouncer was delivered an hour before the event time. I ordered another bouncer for Sunday but had to cancel due to weather conditions. Jerry was very reasonable & understanding. Wonderful customer service ! I would most definitely be doing business with this company in the future.
