The whole team at Ascension Party Rentals were fantastic. We had originally reserved an inflatable last year for my son’a birthday and were unable to use it due to Covid. APR did not bat an eye and gave us a rainy day credit to use for this years party. Set up and take down were seamless, inflatable was clean and fun, and the staff kept open lines of communication the entire time. Will definitely use for our next party

This was a good experience for my first time to rent at waterside. It performed well and kids and adults had fun. One suggestion, though. When the crew finished setting up they drove off. I would have liked to look at the finished product and ask any questions I might have. I know it’s not rocket science but that would be a good thing to do and it’s more convenient than having to call you on a weekend.

Very polite and accommodating. We had to reschedule our event more than once due to family emergencies and they were very understanding and helpful. It was dropped off and set up plenty of time before our event started and was picked up when they said they would pick it up. Will definitely use this company again.

My kids really enjoyed their time with the Castle Combo that we rented. The delivery and pick up service was great and hassle free. The ordering process was very easy and we were served both online and by a representative messaging me via text. My scheduled weekend was rained out and ruined by very bad weather and the associates at Ascension Party Rentals made changing the date to a few weekends later a breeze. We can’t wait to have another party with Ascension Party Rentals.

Ascension Party Rentals totally met my wedding day expectations. They are very professional, super punctual and fair pricing. They did everything to make my outdoor wedding go as smooth as possible. They have a great selection of inflatables to choose from, great prices, great customer service, great delivery/pick up team!! This company was super easy to work with, they had a great special going on(over night for free), and we didn’t have to worry about a thing once we made our order. They delivered our inflatable and set it all up for us......then came back the next day to break it all down and pack it back up.....we didn’t have to do anything, it was wonderful!!! THANKS for making our sons birthday party SO FUN for HIM and SO EASY for US!!! :)

Ascension Party Rentals was the easiest and most helpful company to work with! Their website is organized and detailed so I could find exactly what I was looking for. The manager reached out and was able to provide options and recommendations for our party needs. Their team sent time ranges for drop off and pick up and were right on time! All the kids had a blast!
