I am really pleased with the foot care I received from Dr. Lobkova. She has a wonderful bedside manner and really knows what she is doing. I was waking up at 3am every night with debilitating foot pain that literally had me limping around for a good 6-8 weeks during the day. She suggested the laser treatment for my pain and in two weeks I felt 1000% better. Lovely office and staff. I think she's the best podiatrist in NYC. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I recently went to Dr. Nelya Lobkova for a pain in my Achilles area. I was diagnosed with a bone spur. Dr. Lobkova gave me laser treatment that took care of the problem.
From the moment I walked into the office and met Max and Amberly I knew I picked the right practice. The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Lobkova put me at ease and talked to me about all my options. I felt I was in good hands and knew she would help me which she did!!!

If I could give more than five stars to Dr. Lobkova and her office staff I would! What a pleasant place to visit. I Morisot found this office when I was doing research on how to get rid of my daughter wart on the bottom of her foot. I ran across a machine called The "SWIFT." I didn't know what to expect but read wonderful testimonials about this doctor who basically performs magic on getting rid of these pestering warts. Dr. Nelya Lobkova is truly amazing! She is very knowledgeable, has great bedside manner, and genuinely cares about her patients. I came to her with a complex sprain, which she correctly diagnosed and recommended appropriate treatment. She even recommended a specific vitamin protocol to expedite the healing. She also offers hydro therapy in the office, as well as other therapy modalities, which were instrumental in my healing process. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lobkova! I have suffered from ingrown toenails on and off my whole life. Recently they were getting so bad that just walking was painful. Right when I made my first call to Dr. Lobkova she got me right in, let me know all my options, and then assisted with me with my ingrown toe nails. She is caring, accommodating, and most importantly my toes have never felt better!

Dr. Lobkova was amazing! From the google search to making the appointment to the visit on Tuesday 7/14/20 it was the best doctors experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had my fair share! I was able to make an appointment for the next day online and send my insurance card in when I receive the confirmation email. She explained everything with my ingrown toenail and was wonderful in making me feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Lobkova is an amazing doctor. I really can't say enough good things about her. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, concerned, compassionate, great bedside manner which is hard to find with doctors. She spends a great deal of time with you answering questions and explaining findings. Heather at the front desk is always very helpful. The office is very modern and always clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Lobkova. She cares about you and fixes the issues.

I highly recommend Dr. Lobkova. She took the time and care to make sure I got back on my feet with a comprehensive, non-surgical approach. After seeing two orthopedic surgeons to no avail and putting up with two years of foot pain, I am finally able to run without pain thanks to Dr. Lobkova and her excellent staff. Running 5K, hiking, and mountain biking were unthinkable a year ago. Yet, Dr. Lobkova found a way for me to live an active life again, without pain. I will always be grateful for her consistent support and clinical skill. If you have foot pain, make her your first choice!!

I had an incredible experience seeing Dr. Lobkova at Step Up Footcare! The office is beautiful, new, clean, and bright (with a great view!). I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Lobkova was so kind, she explained everything to me and made me feel valued and comfortable the entire time. She also followed up about a week later to see how I was recovering from the procedure. I've already recommended Step Up Footcare to several friends, and I will absolutely go back if and when a need arises!
