Who the heck knew that the ball of the foot can deteriorate and cause Metatarsalgia (spelling ?) and that toe nails can do much much damage? (Both extremely painful.) But you solved these issues with courtesy and professionalism.
And the kindness your staff shows to me is also appreciated. It's such a pleasure to call, speak to an actual person who answers the phone, and make an appointment. At the risk of sounding like an old grouch, that is huge.

Dr. Hausman is the man!
I rolled my ankle in August 2020. After numerous Dr. visits (not Dr. Hausman), an MRI, and months of PT, I was nowhere.
Dr. Hausman took a few minutes to check the ankle out, analyzed my walk, then not only suggested I get insoles and an ankle brace to run in, but went back into his office and printed out the exact ones he wanted me to buy from Amazon.
Today I just had my first pain free run in almost a year.

Dr. Hausman is amazing. He is kind and thorough and thinks from the patient's stand point and is genuinely concerned with the wellbeing of the patient. I was able to schedule a last minute appointment due to emergency, and the entire office treated me with professionalism and respect and the wait time was minimal. I was able to resolve my medical concerns and I felt much better psychologically having been able to spoke to the doctor who expressed both knowledge and care in my injury.
