This is a little bit overdue but Anni does a fantastic job and is very flexible with scheduling an appointment. The best time for me to drop my car off was going to be on my lunch break at work. And he offered me to take his own personal vehicle back to work while he did my windows. This is someone who not only takes pride in the service they're providing but on how to gain a customer for life with hands down most exceptional customer service around. I would give 10 stars if it would let me!!!!!

I purchased Groupon for $125 to get my windows tinted. I called the shop to schedule an appointment and I get a voicemail saying that he's not answering the phone because he's getting spammed with 100's of calls per day and that if you'd like to schedule an appointment to text him. Fine, I send a text to schedule an appointment and he says he no longer accepts Groupon Vouchers. No apologies, no explanation, no info on how to get my refund, nothing. When I asked how I would get my money back he advised me to contact Groupon. I was able to the $125 back in Groupon bucks but not

Rearranged my entire week to be able to have my car windows tinted after work on a Friday. Called and spoke to a representative who scheduled my appointment and sent a text to confirm. The establishment's posted hours are 10am-6:00pm, M-F. I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 4:30pm and there was no one to be found.
Called the number again and was told that they closed early due to an unexpected occurrence. I could completely understand that things come up unexpectedly...but at the VERY least, a business should make an attempt to reach out to scheduled clients and reschedule or cancel

Good customer service, good prices, good people that work there. The place is the only thing that could use an upgrade. Don't get me wrong, it's not dirty or hard to locate, it's plenty clean, well lit, and is easy to locate. It's just that I could see how to some it may not be confidence inspiring. That's how I felt when I first drove by them. However, I'm glad I stopped by to check 'em out. It worked out for me, happy with the results.

I called and left a message asking to make an appointment to get the tint. I got a call back, but could not answer it since I was at work. I called back and got an answer, but he said he was with a customer and asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes. That was the last I heard from him for three weeks.
