Chose Window Film Depot to install security window film onto our office windows to prevent break-ins. Installation took only a few hours and we feel safe knowing we have a bit more protection against theft after hours. We watched a live demo showing how the products really hold up vs an attack. I will try to post it on our YouTube channel. This is what convinced us.

We have had a terrific experience twice working with Window Film Depot. Wells and his Company were extremely responsive in both cases providing us with window film to protect our furniture from sun damage. The cost was very reasonable and the installation was fantastic - they arrived on the day scheduled and worked tirelessly to get it all completed.

The Connecticut Office of Window Film Depot is a dream to work with. They do incredible quality work, are 100% reliable, are extremely professional and are competitively priced. They will work with you when you need them and will adjust their schedule to make sure you and your clients are being well serviced. I cannot recommend them more highly to all. Like the reviewer before me I had a terrible experience with this company, and in particular the National Sales rep Tracey. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled after my terrible experience.
I found this company through the 3M website and a certified residential distributor/installer. I called the toll free number where they asked for my state and then directed me to Tracey. I described the scope of my small residential project (replacing film on a few windows) and she asked me to email her the window dimensions and details, which I did.

I attempted to contact the company for a residential quote with no response back even after several phone calls, messages and even an email from their staff on my behalf. Finally I get a call back from their residential rep Tracey who informs me that they have a high minimum order and that they don't do much residential work overall. Mind you she is the residential rep and their website and other staff clearly stated that they do.
Tracey was short, rude and dismissive. I wasted a lot of time waiting for her call back to be blown off. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this company based
