We rarely go to New York City but were there for a wedding. I had seen the website for the gallery and it was very good. They clearly had a large selection of quality rugs. Our experience in the store was great. Everyone was attentive, knowledgeable and listened well to help us find what we needed. We bought a large beautiful rug that we to this day enjoy viewing in our dining room. Great quality, reasonable prices, great experience in the store.

I bought what I thought was a beautiful antique rug from this liar about a decade ago. I loved the unique mix of beautiful colors and the pattern of course. I paid a fortune for a beautiful rug that was new! And it took a while to negotiate and pay an outrageous fortune for a rug that was supposed to be at least 100 years old but was younger than 10!
Nazmiyal is synonymous with liar. If you bought a rug from this liar, you were lied to and most likely annoyed and had a lot of time wasted. Either it's not an antique or you were overcharged.

It is always a delight going to the Nazmiyal showroom. This Qashqai is one of several purchases made over the years, and mom is truly enjoying it. We ordered a rug online without physically seeing it in person. The quality of the rug is amazing! It arrived in excellent condition packaged well. The online pictures were detailed and very accurate. Turn around from order to shipping was less than 24 hours. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the rug and the service/interaction with their staff. Their reputation, quality of rugs and accurate photographs are top notch.
