My experience was not as positive as I had hoped. I was mostly frustrated by the inability to get my records from Florida transferred to this office in spite of making the 40 minute drive 2 weeks ahead of my appointment for the sole purpose of filling out the paperwork to get this done. Then by the inability to communicate with the office (3 of my 4 calls during working hours went to voice mail); calls made trying to follow up on the transfer of my records which ultimately was not done. Finally, I was called back nearly an hour late for my morning appointment. I did however like Dr. Soares, so

I have a small cyst on my forehead that isn't life threatening, just ugly. I called for an appointment and asked for a ballpark price, the lady tells me $200 - $300 since I don't have insurance. I go to see the Dr., pay $100 deposit, he does his evaluation and says "not a big deal, about 30 minutes. I tell him to go ahead, he informs me he only does surgery on Tuesday and Thursday. I go out to make the appointment, the woman is searching and clicking on the computer and says "ok, the total will be $1110"... (I almost passed out) So I explained what I was told, she asked if I wanted to think about

I have never had a bad experience. I have been a patient since 2015. The staff is always professional and courteous. Dr. Soares is a master at his craft and very personable. Recently, I changed insurances and he is no longer in my network. I refuse to change so I pay out of pocket for my visits. This is how much I love this place and the people!👍🏽❤️

Dr. Soares and his staff are amazing!!! They took care of me from the moment I walked through the door. Dr. Soares explained the entire process for my procedure and his nurse was amazing. He cares for his clients and is very professional, attentive, and caring. I felt very safe and will be returning.
