Dr. Agesi has always been professional and efficient with services I have visited the office for. The assistance seem to be unfriendly. The first person you encounter to check in doesnt greet you, just give the fee, not welcoming at all.
The assistant that obtains initial information once in the room wasnt much better, but hey I was not there for their assistance.
Dr. Agesi has a warm welcoming professional demeanor. She listened, assessed my areas of concern, and sent me on my way with a prescribed regime. Very Pleased.

Guess who is writing this review from the parking lot? Me! I love this dermatologist. They got me in the next day which is unheard of. I accidentally showed up a little early and they took me back early as well. The medical and physicians assistants were both very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less and not because they rushed me, but because they were so efficient. I now have an action plan in place and I feel confident about my skin care. They are a one stop shop. Thank you everyone!

Dr. Egesi always seems to have the perfect solution for my skin issues. She is consistently pleasant and patient enough to answer any questions, and explain the reasoning behind her decisions regarding my care. Wait times in the office are also not bad - was in and out for 2 appointments in less than an hour. Will continue to drive over an hour to see her. #HighlyRecommended

Everyone here has a bad attitude and they are all in a hurry for you to pay and get out. It's like they are doing you a favor as you come in for treatment because none of them want to be there or want you to be there. The doctor saw me an hour after my appointed time. I don't understand the great reviews as this is the reason I decided to go here but if they are true, then it's a good thing there are people being helped.

Tried to make an emergency appointment today (a real medical concern, not cosmetic) and they could not get me in nor offered another option at the first call. Edited review below.
They later called me back and got me in today.
Once there, the check-in experience was smooth and DR Egesi and PA were awesome. They gave me good news of cancer free and took care of a skin tag while there quickly, pain free, and effortlessly. We found a great dermatologist that we were unaware of but will use in the future and highly recommend to anyone in the Humble area.

How often do you frequent the same business and consistently receive superior service (but you never say anything) This happens far too much especially with small local businesses. I realized I was guilty of that myself, so today's the day that changes. Here's 5 Star review for a well deserving dermatologist practice. Several of my friends referred me here on different occasions. I initially made an appointment for my son (18) and while there they had an opening so I was able to be seen for myself ( adult acne) yeah we all get it. Had my first visit ever to a dermatologist, and I have to say that I was very pleased with the staff,facility and Dr.Egesi. She was very thorough in explaining the small procedure I had after showing her a mole I had concern about.The numbing medication didn't hurt and I was comfortable throughout. Her staff was kind and knowledgeable. She also offers aesthetic procedures and right now has a fall special. I would definitely return if needed.

I spent $385 all together to treat a common ringworm infection. Be careful! I got an itchy rash on my hands and it spread all over my body and face within 4 days, never had anything like this before, I was looking online and thought it might be a ringworm but I got scared and decided to look for a professional, Doctor looked at me and asked if I have any allergies, I said i HAD allergy for cats in the past and now I have a cat but I dont sneeze and Im fine, she said ITS DEFINITELY THE CAT, I said Im not sure because I never had reaction

Highly recommend! Dr Egesi came in and addressed all my concerns pretty quickly. The staff are very nice and helpful. Wait for appointments is not long. Doctor listens to you and explains everything. Everyone seemed happy with their treatment in the waiting area. I love that everyone seems to understand my insurance and always explains everything financial before proceeding. Started me on a regimen that I was initially skeptical of but it is working like a charm! Completely satisfied with my treatment so far over the past few months.

Daughter had an appt today. I called to let them know I might be 15. Min late due to picking up son from school. The receptionist told me she could not do that. I asked what time they closed she did not answer me and just tells me they take their last patient at 430. I told her I didn't ask her that I asked what time they closed. She then gave a big sigh and put me on hold. She said she couldn't do that for me. She said they closed at 5. The receptionist was rude.
