The Injectors at Glam MedSpa are Registered Nurses under the supervision of Medical Director Cynthea Vanden MSN-FNPc. They have trained in Cosmetic Injectables in both beginner and advanced techniques and have taken advanced facial anatomy courses. They have shadowed top injectors. They have had numerous trainings through the makers of Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers.
They've trained on the cannula technique and Kybella treatments. As nurses, patient safety is a top priority! Although we don't expect to see a vascular occlusion, we have an emergency safety kit containing everything we need to keep you safe! We also use blunt-tip cannulas when possible to avoid puncture of any vessels unnecessarily.

Services
Cynthea is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters degree from Chamberlain University. She specializes in cosmetic injectables and has trained under top injectors in Arizona and nationally. She is dedicated to giving each client the look that they desire. She is trained as an Aesthetic Injector on many advanced techniques and enjoys training other nurses through Glam MedSpa's Botox and Dermal Filler courses.

I told Becky that I do not do a lot at once and she tried to upsell me to 44 units just in my forehead. I said absolutely not so she went down to 24 units (still an upsell) and complete BS. My eyes are both sagging now and I told her I DO NOT NEED A LOT. Her one vocabulary word is "longevity" which she will not have with this client. Never again.

Glam MedSpa is fantastic. If you're looking for a place that offers a wide variety of Aesthetic services this is the place. They have reasonable prices as well. Their rewards programs is FANTASTIC. It's the best I've seen and worked with.
The facility is beautiful and very relaxing. They have a wonderful staff who are well trained in their profession. The office manager is wonderful as well. I felt so comfortable during my consultation and didn't feel pressured to do everything all at once. What is great is that all of the "Injectors" assess each client's needs

I should've written this review a long time ago because this place is amazing. I highly recommend Becky. She makes you feel like a friend when you walk in. The spa is extremely clean and cute inside. They are always flexible with scheduling and the front desk receptionist Jessica is so sweet and knowledgeable. Everyone I've encountered has made me feel like home. They make me feel beautiful without any of the treatments, but with them I feel even better!

Loved this place from the setup to the customer service. Everyone is nice and accommodating. Becky did my Botox and Fillers and she's a perfectionist. My very first Dysport experience! Amazing! Rebecca was an absolute professional with such a steady and gentle hand ... she explained everything and was so sweet! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience - starting even before I walked through the door! Super cute window decor and beautiful Spa! Reception was welcoming and friendly! I'm literally DEVASTATED!!!! I signed up for my membership June 9th 2020 for $49 after loving the botox I received! Again on June 15th I was charged another $49 FOR A UNAUTHORIZED DUPLICATE TRANSACTION. They assured me I could bank it into my account and I specifically asked if I could use it for my maintenance botox and my lip filler. Mind you thats my whole point of getting the membership so I could get discount on filler and botox BUT I DID NOT AGREE TO BE CHARGED ON JUNE 9TH AND JUNE 15TH TWICE IN ONE MONTH FOR THE MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND. I'll just add a bit of the letter I wrote

What can i say about the amazing customer service here? Not only is Lauren an amazing nurse but she is so kind and a wonderful conversationalist! I absolutely recommend going to see her! I came here looking for a new spa since my old salon canceled appointments all the time for random reasons. And these girls were SO NICE. I am genuinely impressed at how helpful and polite they were. The salon was clean, I worked with an injector who answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable. I'm upset I haven't found this place sooner!
