Services
With offices in Maple Lawn and Greenbelt, Maryland, Dr. Person has been serving the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery needs of patients from the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for over 20 years. Dr. Person is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is utilized to give a more refreshed and youthful look to the eyes. As we age we develop extra skin in both the upper and lower eyelids. This is often associated with areas of bulging fat pads that can occur in both eyelids but are mostly noted in the lower eyelids.
Otoplasty, or ear surgery, is a cosmetic procedure to improve the appearance of a person's ears. Although otoplasty does not affect hearing, it can provide great psychological benefits to anyone who has been teased about the size or shape of their ears, has had a serious ear injury, or simply wants to be more attractive.
Buttock augmentation is a very popular procedure which Dr. Person has been performing for over 15 years. The explosion in its popularity can be traced back to the actress Jennifer Lopez, and more recently to stars such as Nicki Minaj and Kim Kardashian.

People choose to have their buttock augmented or enlarged for several reasons including defining an attractive ethnic physique, restoring curves lost to pregnancy and aging, as well as to fit better in today's fashion trend. There are many substances that have been injected into the buttocks including silicon (both medical and industrial grade), PMMA, hydrogel, mineral oil, and fat.
When you smile, laugh, frown, or look puzzled, you contract the muscles of your face. Over time, these contractions produce permanent furrows and deep wrinkles in the skin, especially around the eyes and mouth, between the eyebrows, and on the forehead. These lines can make you look older, sad, angry or tired.

Dr Person is probably the most compassionate doctor I have come across in years and a breath of fresh air to the medical community. I feel so blessed that I happened upon his services after seriously injuring my arm and wrist. So grateful for the the treatment I received.

Dr. Person is an amazing Surgeon. I had my procedure yesterday, and he is very thorough and precise. My hand is sore, but no extreme pain. He definitely knows how to help ease anxiety is pre-op, and any post op questions I've had have been answered. 10/10 would see again.

I would avoid this doctor completely. He is a rip off artist not a doctor.
When I scheduled with Dr. Person's office they informed me that there was no charge for the first consult and procedure price estimate. I went to Dr. Person to see about having a scar removed and a skintag removed form my eye. Dr. Person tried to talk me into having additional surgeries that I didn't want. The price he gave me was three times higher than other plastic surgeons I visited. The bad part was that I was billed for the free consult. After multiple calls to the billing office and our insurance company we agreed

So far so good. Went to see Dr. Person for a consult on a bone tumor removal. He also is going to resolve another issue that I was unaware of until my consult; while operating on my tumor in the same hand. He is very assuring, and although I'm extremely scared of my upcoming procedure, I trust that he will do a wonderful job. Will update my review after my procedure. Also, the receptionist is a wonderful woman with much patience and very assuring.

Dr. Person's office got me in with a single day's notice after I burned my fingers and was referred from the ER to see a hand specialist. Despite being advised that it was an extremely busy day for him and he'd do his best, he was promptly on-time and very personable. He spent 20-30 minutes chatting, addressing my concerns, and patching up my fingers. I've actually never been to a doctor or specialist that spent any time being friendly beyond what was required to address the problem.
His office staff was also quite friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I am a professional musician and, as such, rely on dexterity. When I began having trigger finger issues, I went to Dr. Person. He understood my problem and knew how to resolve them.
He is very personable, funny and careful. He did a great job on my surgery and I have returned to playing my instruments without discomfort.
Highly recommended!
